There is a space to develop
Well, while I was starting to play - it was quite good, but when you reach to late game levels it is suddenly quite surprising how baristas and waiters are behaving!
I think Melesta should take more care about what logic drives NPCs in the game. Real world - waiter takes order from whole table, not from one man/woman of 2,3,4 people. Baristas should spend more time executing beverage orders, not go into other part of coffee shop to take an order.
Priorities are the most concern(!) for NPCs. Waiters take and serves orders, baristas - make coffee!
And the story line... considering farm games from Melesta - there is almost no storyline here...
And I feel like game is short) I'd better play more in it, having more upgrades, more people working in coffee shop etc.
And anyway, thanks for one more good game out there!

Hate coffee but love this game
I hate coffee but this game was so fun that it didn't matter!
At first glance, this looked like it was going to be a slow-paced version of Burger Shop where you run a cafe instead. A customer comes in an orders a drink, you click on the correct ingredients to assemble it, then deliver the drink. You have a recipe book, and as you buy upgrades like vanilla syrup, chocolate or espresso machines, you unlock more recipes. You can also decorate your shop or add more tables and other improvements.
All of the above is fairly standard and I've seen it in several other games. The unique feature in this game is that you can hire help to perform the tasks that you would normally have to perform yourself. In fact, you can play through a level without a single click and the staff will take care of everything! (Doing this earns you one of the trophies)
The AI for your baristas and waiters is quite competent. They serve one customer at a time, but if the order they were trying to fulfill is served by you, they simply serve someone else instead. Their help is invaluable on later levels when more customers appear and more complicated recipes are added to your menu.
Unlike most games in this genre, you don't have a fixed number of levels each with specific objectives. Instead, each level is essentially the same, except as you progress you get more customers and they can order a greater variety of food/drinks as you buy upgrades. You do still need to achieve objectives to advance the story (e.g. buying specific upgrades or serving a certain number of customers) but you can do it at your own pace. I would actually have preferred a more structured level progression, but I thought the game was really fun anyway.
This game would be great for people who enjoy the aspects of time management games that involve preparing and serving food/drinks and running a restaurant, but don't want to be pressured by time constraints or having to click really fast. You can let you employees do most of the work and take as long as you need to complete objectives. It's actually very different from Diner Dash type games where the emphasis is on speed and chaining actions.

really fun
I really like this game. Some of the time management games I don't like. That's the only kind I play. But this one is really fun. I also likes spooky mall. Even though its hard to find.

Freaking Awesome
I absolutely LOVE this game! It's addictive. I love TM games and this one hit it out of the park. The graphics are stellar as is the game play. I hope that they make more like it.

Really enjoyed this one
I love time management games and this one is a winner. It's challenging enough but not extremely frustrating. One drawback is that everything is so close together it's easy to click on the neighboring ingredient by accident or one of the waiters is blocking an ingredient. Other than that it's an excellent game.

Awesome!
I really love this game. I haven't got too far into it, but now I own quite a few Big Fish Games, I am becoming selective with what I purchase. The graphics are wonderful, I love how you get to watch the customers eat their ice-cream! It's really fun, relaxing and enjoyable. You get to run your own coffee shop and serve pastries etc to customers. I am looking forward to the later levels to see what else you get to brew up!

Great TM Game
I love how this game looks... it reminds me a little of Spooky Mall in that respect. It's fun, you do have to remember drink recipes but they aren't that hard and you just get into the swing of it. You do have to keep clicking on the customers thought bubble to see their order but all games have thier little ticks and I can live with it. Also this adds to the challenge because you have to remember who ordered what and where they are! After you buy all of your upgrades this game continues on for awhile so you can enjoy your work. I have played harder games but this one was just right for me not too hard or too easy. The food is kind of small to grab but again I like the look of this game so this didn't bother me.

Loved this game
Lots of upgrades to the coffee shop. I like the diner dash games, and this was a fun change of pace for me. The graphics were pretty good, and the different coffee drinks were fun to put together.

I absolutely loved this game, it kept my attention the whole time! The only complaint I have is that is it way too short:( I want more game time for my money!

Decent time management game!
I have read some bad reviews of this game but thought I'd try it anyway for the hour trial!
HOOKED! Used a game credit to purchase it.
Yes, I do get confused with all the different coffees and teas etc, but you do have staff to serve the customers and you can improve their performance as the game progresses.
All in all a decent enough TM game which are always my favourites!
It can be very challenging especially in the second mode, but hey, who wants easy all the time?
Tutorial was good, just enough to get you going without being too long winded.
Yep, a decent TM game .. worth giving a go.
