firebugs will appreciate this game
in this puzzle game, your job is to blow up fireworks. to do this, you aim rockets at various items and then light them aflame and then sit back and watch -- did all the fireworks blow up?
graphics: adorable.
music and sound effects: no music to speak of, but the sound effects were, like the graphics, adorable.
gameplay: you aim rockets at a variety of objects, including each other, at stars, at barrels, and then light one aflame and watch to see if your rockets blew up all the things you were hoping they'd blow up. the faster and more efficiently you accomplish your explosions, the higher score you earn. good game for improving your observation and mouse skills. no sluggish gameplay.
as a scientist, i enjoy blowing up things as much as any pyrotechnics fan, but i got a bit bored after reaching level 18 or so. i mean, there's only so many times that you can blow stuff up before it gets a bit ... redundant. however, that said, this game is good family fun and may appeal to the kiddies in particular.

Fun little game!
Fun game for the kids ... they'll need to use their heads to figure out the sequence of rocket firings that will capture all the stars. Graphics (outside of the hulking instructor) are cute and friendly. Not my usual genre, but my grandson will love it!

Great Puzzle Game!!!
This is a very good puzzle/logic game. It's definitely not just for kids as the levels become increasingly more difficult (although kids will really enjoy the earlier levels). Graphics are sharp and game play is right on. When I first saw the locked levels I was worried - I hate games that won't let you progress if you become stumped on one level. Don't worry though as all you have to do is try a level then press the skip button to get to the next level. I actually unlocked all the second world levels without solving a single one. You have to wonder why the levels were locked in the first place.
As one reviewer mentioned, the levels do become a bit repetitive and I recommend playing this game for, say, no more than 30 minutes at a time. But I don't mind at all coming back to a high quality game in spurts. I also recommend not paying attention to your score as your total game score and individual level scores aren't even listed. Just concentrate on those stars!
What a pleasant change of pace from all those HOG's!!!
