A lot of fun once you get into it!
What a nice little game. As you can tell, I liked it. Yes, a lot of shoe leather was used, but it was fun. Graphics were nice, game play very nice, music soothing. Good hint system (recharges fairly quickly), but not much help unless there is actually something to do in whatever area you are in. A little different story for a change.
At first, I didn't think I would care for it at all, but once you get into the game, it's very different. It sort of drags you into it. Looks to be a fairly long SE (what a shocker!). We've had so many duds lately, that this one was refreshing.
Needed a litle voice over here and there to keep the story moving. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that you could not switch to the system cursor. I don't care for those big, clunky cursors that so many devs want to use. A magic wand would have worked though.
Anyway, I am going to use a game credit on this one. I found it quite enjoyable. Thanks for the reviews.

More fun than I first thought it might be!
A bit slow to grab me, I realized about half way through the trial hour I was liking this alot!
The pokey pace of the progress bar did give a lukewarm first impression, but otherwise, the game worked flawlessly.
I like the easy-going feel. I think they expected us to explore and find the active areas. I really do enjoy poking around to see what I can see, and if there's a click penalty, my exploration never triggered it.
The Hint Button is helpful, even outside of HOS, so that's a plus. I like the hand-drawn graphics. The music I'm not so fond of, but that's what the separate game sliders are for, so can turn that down but still keep other game sounds.
There are achievements. To see those, click on the Jewels in the lower left corner. I frequently replay a game to collect those I may have missed on the first round, so that is a plus for me.
All in all, it's a smooth, peaceful sort of game -- no tearing my hair around with dark gray gross scenes. I like it and I bought it.

More Run of the Mill Than New
Game has extremely slow loads in some places, which I hardly ever experience. Story is a mystery, but it seems to be a very slow-paced game, with no mental sense of urgency. In your search, you come across recipes related to dreams that go into your journal for use later. You also come across papers which need to be deciphered by water or fire (like the disappearing magic ink we had as children). Gameplay is straightforward. The HOS have very large, clearly defined objects. My one complaint is that you come across newspaper articles occasionally. It?s too bad that they are too blurry to read, except for the headlines, because the stories seem to have some connection to the story. Graphics are nicely-sized and wonderfully detailed. The game seems to be ?run of the mill? in that there is nothing new. Still, it can be a nice game for newbies to spend an afternoon playing.

Relaxing bonus punch wreekend game
I won't go into detail like sportygal2009 - but I did find it a fun and relaxing game-and the 2forone bonus weekend purchase helped.

Good
The storyline is pretty much predictable but it's still something I enjoyed. As for the game itself, it was pretty laid back and the music helps relax as well. The puzzles were very easy and the hidden picture games were good.

A HOG Dream
I give if 5 stars just on the fact that the HOG scenes are clear and bright - no squinting in the dark or fog to find the hidden items. Us "older folks" need more HOG scenes like these - no eye strain. Hints are great and fill back up in a reasonable time frame.

Fun Game with Nice Story Line
As with the other reviews I enjoyed the change of pace with a nice outcome to the story. Plenty of HOS to find. The only thing I didn't like was that it took a long time to download each chapter. It also took the same amount of time to download if you Quit and went back to the game later. If it wasn't for that I would have rated it 5 stars. It was just a fun game to play and I did purchase it.

Magically Unusual
Thouroughly enjoyable, different from most Hidden Object Games. It will hold your attention, the graphics and art are amazing, and beautiful.

Quite a nice surprise
This is really a nice little game. It's medium challenge but it sections off areas where you are exploring so that you don't have to go back 15 rooms, houses, levels, etc. to get where you need to do. it's a game I really didn't want to stop playing. Usually I just get frustrated. This is definitely worth buying if you want a nice leisurely fun game to play. The only problem is that it is shorter than a lot of games I've played.
