The Agency of Anomalies: The Last Performance Collector's Edition
The developers really set the bar high with this one. It has everything a person wants in a game: unique storyline, fantastic graphics, excellent music and ambient sounds, incredible voice-acting and character development, clever mini-games whose difficulty level is perfectly balanced, interactive and ever-changing hidden object scenes (silhouette, list, and place an item back into the scene), and an all around exciting gaming experience. We even get to collect some 'special powers' that allow the player to have a little extra fun. This game is also perfectly balanced between the adventure aspect, HOS, and puzzles, which keeps the game flowing along smoothly. I was hooked from the beginning and not once did I get bored. The game length is very impressive; as an expert player I easily put roughly 7-8 hours into this game NOT counting the bonus chapter which took me an additional 1.5-2 hours. Bonus content includes bonus game-play (which the developers worked hard on-not just thrown in to add time), achievements to earn, and collectibles to find along the way. If you are able to, I recommend the CE version (which I rarely ever buy-but it's worth it here); however, if you can only get the SE, you are still in for a long and entertaining game. As long as these developers continue releasing top-quality games that do not have that cookie-cutter feel, I will continue to be a huge fan. Excellent job developers. A lot of work went into this game and it shows.

The Agency of Anomalies are consistently polished, well developed stories with a variety of fun puzzles, clear and crisp HOS [lists and put the objects where they belong], excellent graphics and interesting animation in the HOS. Won't disappoint! The dialogue, however, is faster and more stilted than a person would normally talk. The amulet with powers is a nice touch. A few enjoyable hours of play.
I recommend this game! I opted for the CE.

The best one in series so far
This so far is the best one in series.
- Great storyline.
- Graphics were excellent. The scenes were well done as well as the characters.
- HOS were not so cluttered which helped a lot. I was able to complete all HOS without using a hint.
- Puzzles were easy for the most part with a few difficult ones, but none were impossible.
- Puzzle variety was pretty good; all were different, not all the same concept.
- Hint button was useful in directing you to next location; arrows showed up on screen pointing in direction you need to go.
- Bonus chapter was pretty good also; good length.
- No map, so you have to back track a lot. It wasnt so bad in this game with the hint directing me.
- Bonus chapter had too many puzzles; 3 of the puzzles had to be done more than once to get different objects (one you had to do 3 times).

I played this one when it first out and never give a review. So I'm just say, I do really enjoy this game from beginning 'til the end. Love it!
Thank you developer and good job! I hope the next sequel will be good too.

Terrific game with lots to do. Graphics were superb. I bought the CE on sale and glad I did. It's worth the price.
Long playing time
HO'S were varied
Lots of puzzles that were unique and pertinent to the game
long bonus game with new locations
There were no cons for me. This is a game worth playing again & again. Go for it !!

I really enjoyed this game. Great extension of the series. The graphics are excellent, the HOS were inventive and fun, the mini games were a hoot, the voice overs were well done, the music was nice, the storyline was very interesting and had a satisfying conclusion. The bonus chapter was fun and extended the story. The SG was excellent and the journal was useful. As you go through the game you gather rewards, which is always fun.
My biggest gripe is all the back-and-forth you have to do to complete the game. A map that allowed you to quickly move to locations would have been nice.
I highly recommend this game.

This series of games quickly became a favorite of mine, so I was thrilled to find that the latest installment met my expectations. So awesome in fact that I immediately started playing it again (which is rare for me), partly because I overlooked a few records along the way and couldn't let that slide. The graphics are great as before, and the bonus game was surprisingly long.

Best of the Series So Far
I loved this game.... It is nice and long and worth the price of the CE, as the Bonus portion is also lengthy... much longer than most CE bonus chapters, which only last 45 minutes to an hour. The puzzles (my favorite part of any game) are either totally different, or a variation of old favorites which makes them more challenging and much more fun. I really enjoyed this. There is quite a bit of running back and forth, so if you totally dislike that in a game, then avoid this one. Also, there are more puzzles than HO's, so if you're more a fan of HO's, try another game. ') But I highly recommend "The Last Performance" to anyone who loves puzzles and adventure.

So much fun trying to save the victims. Nice to have a storyline that I could follow and connect the dots, versus stumbling around trying to guess and hearing that *boop* sound that meant I was wrong! Graphics and sound were pretty cool too. I am waiting for a BFG games sale again to buy this (I missed the Columbus weekend sale because I couldn't decide which to buy), and am hoping that the full-on version is as great as the one-hour trial.

the Agency of Anomalies? sensational return
I was familiar with the previous parts of the Anomalies. You know there are 2 tendencies when sequels to the games are made: they are either horrible or fantastic. So I was ready to arm myself with the weapons of critique and impartiality (which I actually did) and I must confess the third part of the installment outlived the previous ones.
Personally I was hooked from the 5 minutes of the demo. I thought I was to prepare myself for kind of disappointment and hesitation, but all these feelings were out once I got to taste the outstanding mini-games, challenging puzzles, iHOS of 3 (!) different types. The gamer?s palate will be spiced by incredible art work the devs put into the game, the achievements system and in general high-quality mechanics. I do not know how long my review will take if I thoroughly described other game features.
To put it in a nutshell, this game will occupy an honorable place in my games collection.
