Good M3 for Young and Beginner Players My review is based on the one-hour trial, during which I completed 18 game boards and achieved the second level entitled "Hellhound". This games doesn't have a timer-the first indication that it's for younger/beginner players. While the graphics are bright and the colors vivid, the icons are not scary-a good thing. The drawbacks to this game are that the movement of the icons is jerky rather than fluid, when you make a cascade move you cannot make another move until all icons above fall into place, when you make a great move the word EXCELLENT! appears upon the board, impeding game play until it disappears, and other than M3, there is a slide-the-piece-puzzle between levels, which you have to guess at as there is no guideline given as to what it is supposed to look like. In the 2nd level, Hellhound, as the tiles are cleared they expose the graphics underneath, making it actually difficult to see the tiles that are not yet cleared. The power ups are plentiful, but seldom where you need them. A good way for new players to get the hang of match 3, but presents no challenge to the seasoned player. September 20, 2012
Okay, but there are better match 3's I'm not sure how many readers here have come across the webcomic Misfile, but the main character of this match 3 game reminds me much Rumsiel, but they have been banished from Heaven to correct a mistake for very different reasons. In this game, our lazy angelic worker, Angelo, spends far too much time updating his Faithbook status and now some demons have slipped in on his watch and stolen seven artifacts, and he has to go down into H377 to get them back. He's a witty little dude, and he will be matching wits with some monstrous, but not so bright creatures along the way. The puzzle he has to solve feature icons that represent the seven deadly sins, which many people are far more familiar with than the seven cardinal virtues. At the start of the game, you must chose one of these as your personal icon, from the Golden Boy with the toothy grin representing Pride, to the voluptous pink-haired lady puffing on her hook4h to represent Lu5t, you will find them all there. Your laz-about angel is pretty talented at witty jabs targeted at taunting his foes, but as to the game mechanics, sometimes the grid gets so far ahead of you when it cascades, that you can't get back in there until it stops. Like the massively addictive game, Heroes of Kalevala, certain grouping will give you tools to help you clear the grid faster, but Heaven & H377 is no HoK. If match 3 games are your kind of game, then add this to your collection, because it has a great soundtrack, and has its moments, but there are better games like this to be found, right here on this site. This Game Needs Redeeming! At first sight I thought the game cute, little angles and little devils with funny bonuses and powere-ups. There are three levels to the game and once you complete the story level you then can unlock the mini-games and puzzles. Game mechanics is straight forward M3 Swaps. The most dissapointing feature were the music and the tiles. I had a devil of a time (no pun intended) to distinguish the icons and to see if I had cleared the board. The boards are small as are the icons, the design is busy and there are so many bonuses that the game somwtimes plays itself. Bombs keep appearing, crosses as other ways to clear the board. You have scores after each game and achiemennts to unlock. It all sounds interesting and in theory the game could have been good if not for the graphics, the sounds and a storyline which was vague. I still have no ideal what the entire game was telling me except for some bizaar dialogues between two icons. ANyhow, my recommendation is: do not bother, there are much better M3 games out there and unfortunately, this is not one of them. September 18, 2012
Just OK Nothing special.. Could be fun, but Gameplay a bit stiff. During cascades, cannot swap. Praises ("Excellent", "Fantastic')Nearly completely block board. Devs DEFINATELY need to invest in "Speel Chekker Version 2.1" OK for Demo, but not a buy for me September 18, 2012
boring This is not a very good match three game, I was bored with it in less than twenty minutes. It looks like a comicbook artist desighned it, ( a bad comic book artist ) Just was'nt my cup of tea. I really like match three games because they relax me and help me wash away the worries of the day but I'm sorry this one was aweful. September 18, 2012
If you like your humor corney, this game's for you. Typical match 3 with easy slide puzzles between levels. I found it became tedious after about 1/2 an hour. September 18, 2012
Do Not Bother with this game The graphics are just drawings and the music is too much. In this day and age this could have been done up much better. It looks like they did not have much money to spend making this game for sure. September 18, 2012
Heaven & Boredom I really tried to like this game and couldnt get into it what so ever. I think the only thing good with this game was the music. September 18, 2012
Game for children I was excited to see a new M3 game, but quickly became disappointed. I do believe this little game would be good for children, but in no way a game for adults! If you have children that like to play M3 game, then dolet them play and buy. If you don't have any, please skip this game and find something else to play. September 19, 2012
Needs some help I played this game for 1/2 hour and then called it quits... It was awful... Sad little game... September 19, 2012
