Disturbing but well-crafted adventure.
This is not a hidden object game, but not overly tough for an adventure game. Because it's similar to the look and feel of recent hidden object adventures, it might be a nice intro to the genre for hidden object gamers.
The graphics are lush but soft, like vibrant pastel paintngs. The voice-overs, with the exception of the girl, are pretty good. The music fits the tense mood of the story without being obtrusive.
The strategy guide comes up quickly and keeps your place. I didn't use the hints, so can't comment on that feature. I played in the advanced mode, which is the middle of three levels of difficulty, and got a good 5-6 hours out of the game plus over an hour in the bonus chapter.
For those considering the standard edition, there are no collectable objects or awards in the collector's edition and the ending of the main game is neatly wrapped up, although it leaves the door open for a sequel. The bonus chapter adds only a little to the story, with a similarly wrapped up ending, also open to a possible sequel. The collector's version adds four songs, several wallpapers, a screen saver, some concept art, and the ability to replay the mini-games and puzzles.
I knew going in that this game had some disturbing elements but didn't think it would bother me. There is some seriously creepy stuff that did make me a little uncomfortable--I think because it was a little too life-like. Hats off to the developers for realism! This is not a game for children.
ERS is a top-notch game house and this one is another feather in their cap. I'm so glad to see them, and Big Fish Games, offering some high quality adventure titles!

Not a fan of this one.
It could be because I played a really awesome game before this one but I didn't like this much at all. Kind of stupid story line. The music got so annoying that I had to turn it off. I played on Hard but the mini games were easy and not very inventive. I like one with tiles. If your looking for a great game, pass this one up it's just not that good.

Fun Adventure
I really enjoyed this game, including the bonus game. The game had animals throughout, which were adorable. A big plus for me. The puzzles were very clever and enjoyable.

Loved this adventure game!
Well worth the 6.99 I got this for on a weekend sale. It has many puzzles which are different and no HO. Beautiful graphics and the music fit the game. I am very picky because I have played these games for many years,so I recommend it and
I do think you won't be disappointed.

buy it, you won't feel disappointed!
It is really a great adventure game. It took me about 5 hours to finish including the bonus game in hardcore mode. There is no HO, so it is more like azada type game. The mini games are challenge but not so frustrating difficult. I love it!

It was O.K.
The CE price, even if it discounted, was not worth it for me. Maybe I'll play it with a coupon code when it comes out in SE. It really was not my favorite ERS game. I was ready to really like it but it seemed disjointed and choppy. There was no challenge and it was too obvious while being somewhat illogical. I did not like the Hologram Cat idea. That is what bothered me the most about the game. I'm not fond of using hints but using the cat felt like cheating. It took all the fun out of the game.

Thoroughly enjoyed..
CE recommended as there is a long bonus game, and the SG is very helpful as it stays open on the last page you were on. I used it a few times just to remember where something was..lol. It has very crisp graphics, few HOs so they are welcome and fun, and useful, too. The game was not too short at all,,seemed just right to me and so enjoyable that I was glad to be able to play more with the bonus chapter. Very creepy story. Some puzzles are quite unique and vary in difficulty. I do not think many would be disappointed with this one.

MIXED EMOTIONS
Even though the storyline was right up my alley, there were a few things in this game I found annoying.
Hint/Skip - Slow to recharge. Hint states nothing to do here or search elsewhere.
IHOS - None but objects are collected by scanning every scene. Need running shoes.
Built-In SG - Which I had to use constantly in order to keep up. Some things I did manage on my own without help. :-D
Hologram Cat - Since I'm a cat lover, loved my helper who manipulated other creatures that I encountered.
Animation/VOS - A+
Puzzles - As is the norm, varied levels of difficulty. Actually did solve a few.
Misclick Penalty - None
Map - None
Journal/Diary - Keeps track of information acquired in searches.
Bonus Chapter - Started to play but didn't finish. Did complete the game but the ending made me feel the Bonus Chapter was necessary to complete the story. For a CE, the Bonus Chapter should be an extra, not the story's conclusion.
Still, all in all, a good game.

I wish there were more like this. I have only found a couple. NO, none, zero zilch hidden object scenes. All puzzles. graphics great. There is nothing to complain about with this game
