Incredible Game Wow, talk about value for the money, this game just goes on and on, into ever more fascinating rooms, chambers, and areas. Its depth is huge! The scenery is top notch, the music (while a little monotonous) is great, and the storyline kept my interest. The mini-games are evenly balanced between puzzles and hidden object scenes, most of which are challenging without being frustrating. ERS Game Studio is pulling out all the stops in their latest generation of games and is making an outstanding effort to leave the player enchanted and wanting more. December 13, 2012
A True Adventure Game, NO HOS!!!!! I really liked this game for the most part. There were no hidden objects whatsoever, which was great for me because I usually find HOGs very boring. Some puzzles were extremely easy, but that's ok too. It was a nice balance of easy and challenging. What I didn't like was near the end of the game there was entirely too much back and forth. Very annoying. It had a decent story (though the story could have been expanded on at points), and it was a bit short, but maybe that's because I got the SE. But overall, I really enjoyed the game. A Whopper of a Game! ERS Studio has Produced a Winner! You move to England and you take your daughter, Hannah, to a rural school that is dark and dilapidated. Suddenly, she is whisked away by a wicked witch that hides in a secret lair within the school, which is overrun by giant, ferocious plants. You must find your daughter before it is too late! Real people are used on occasion during the game, which sports marvelous graphics, great voices, and more locales than I can even recall! At every turn, it seems that a new secret place is found, and just when you think you've found all of the game locations, another one pops up! And there are no HOGS, as such! All of the hidden items you need are strictly part of the game (No baseballs, pears, bananas, and necklaces in a big bin!). This was a top-notch game with fairly easy puzzles, and can easily be done without a walkthrough. I really liked it! November 20, 2012
Excellent Game Brilliant Game: Well in the hour trial I was able to find all the places to go and was great help from the diolougue AND the games is a MUST try and not skip too fast because U will be disapointed not trying October 25, 2012
Fantastic adventure game Lots of fun to play, highly recommend. Refreshing change from hidden object games which get tiresome after a while. Enjoyable story. Worth buying October 13, 2012
Gothic Ficion dark Saga this is my second favorite game. I am going to remember the developers and anxiously await their next game. It was so great I did not want to end it by completing the extra game on the CE version. I have already recommended it to all my friends. Loved it!!! October 10, 2012
Based on demo Getting right to it... - way too much dialogue for such an obvious plot. - Mini games posed no thought process (I played on the Advanced level) - A lot of to and fro though there is a map. - At times the captured will jump you to your next 'challenge'; which I found to be a con since I like having to remember where I need to use a certain weapon, gadget, and/or puzzle piece. - The villain and her camp get downright annoying after the first couple times they pop up. - I finished the demo in 27 minutes. -Visually: okay, music: nothing special. A good adventure game, no HOG. As said before, this is no HO game, but I didn't mind. It's a good adventure game with lots to do. There are 3 game modes, voice-over, good sound. The graphics are clear. You have a journal, which I used only once. The map is not interactive and shows only part of the locations where you should go. You will have to walk a lot back and forth! It's easy to get lost. The hint system is like "there is nothing to do here", so not very useful to me. But if you can deal with all that, it's really a good game with interesting, easy puzzles. The gamelength is also good for me: it took me about 4 hours to finish. October 2, 2012
Gothic Fiction Cant say that I loved this game but it was not bad. The storyline was pretty good and the mini games werent to bad either but my only thing about this game is that you have to exit and go back, exit and go back constantly, this tends to get a bit boring and annoying after a while. I also think if you could of hit the question mark and it ported you to that spot I think I would of given this game an overall 5 stars. I did purchase this game but didnt spend the money on it I actually waited till I had a club credit. Kind of up in the air about recommending this game unless you try it out first. September 30, 2012
