disappointed Game starts with a 10 minute long introductory video that you cannot skip. I was starting to wonder if I had downloaded a game or movie October 24, 2012
Couldn't Wait to End Puzzles tedious and hard. Would love to had hints. Story way too convoluted for me. HOS were OK. Had to use hints too often. Just wasn't very fun. Dark and industrial looking. October 22, 2012
Finally something new! I really enjoyed this game's story line and new twist. It was almost like watching a real movie and getting to play the game at the same time, and almost like playing 3 games in one. While it had dark undertones and moments, the actual game itself didn't take on that air. The game was challenging, yet not so hard that you couldn't use a hint and get past it. Hints: I love that you can collect them all and use them when you need them (I think I had 20 or 30 still at the end of the game). I didn't use many, but I could use 2 at once if I missed the first time or still had trouble and not worry about not having any later when the game got harder. If you can handle the crime shows on tv, you can handle this game. So if you are scared off by a lot of the macabre storylines...please CHECK THIS ONE OUT! October 11, 2012
A must have game Really loved the style of this game, nice to look at, helpful hints. Did rush through the game as I was really enjoying it, then felt gutted when it was finished. Has made my next couple of games feel boring in comparrison. Sequel please???????!!!!!!!! October 8, 2012
I love this game!!! The voice acting was good and the mystery was amazing. Music is suspensful and keeps you on edge. Amazing atmosphere and I liked the creepy moments but wish there were more. The only real downsides are the 2 barrel games ( they're silly in this kind of game) and the ending. We don't get to actually meet any suspects so the big reveal of the killer falls a bit flat and I would like a better explanation of thier motive. I would love this to become a series. Unique HOPA with a great storyline It takes a little while to get into the game but once you do, wow! The story was really intriguing and you want to know what happens next. I was disappointed when it finished. I agree with other reviewers that it's refreshing to get a HOPA with a storyline that doesn't involve witches, demons or ghosts. In terms of gameplay, there's a good balance between HOS (not too many) and puzzles. Some of the puzzles were very challenging which I enjoy. More games of this quality, please. October 7, 2012
Good game for a cold weekend day If you want to curl up with a good game this is it. I liked the graphics, the sounod. It looks like old england. I had to us the hint key alot, but it was still fun. Some of the things you have to do are hard like follow in the foot steps but was hard, I still enjoyed it. I would recommend the game. October 6, 2012
Great Game I don't usually give reviews, but this was actually a good game. Graphics, story-line and length were good. I like that it wasn't one of those dark-spooky games. Challenging without a lot of running back and forth, some running around but made sense to complete task. Don't hesitate, buy. October 6, 2012
Not for me I'm afraid After reading a few reviews decided to try this game. I don't actually like games where you need to collect items so did not expect to love this game but hoped it would have something to make up for that puzzles OK and not mind boggling or repetitive. HOS screens not noo difficult. Stacking problem was decidedly annoying as it was soooooo sloooooow. Angelica at the bottom of the screen during puzzles seemingly looking at a watch and timing you is very off putting. Glad I now decide to try before I buy as this is definitely not my sort of game. Doesn't live up to the hype... After reading the reviews I was excited about this game. But when I began to play I got that sinking feeling. I played for about an hour and have not picked it up since. Choppy graphics, a soryline that is rather incohesive, and puzzles that were just annoying. I wish I had not purchased this game.
