REVIEW BASED ON ABOUT 2 HOURS OF GAME PLAY Just could not get into this game. It was too clinical for me because of Angelica's comments. Her image on the screen was distracting. VO was good as was the IHOs. This game presented itself as more of a documentary with statistics than an actual story. Having to keep an eye out for dream catchers and sheriff's badges in every scene was time consuming. Scrolling scene(s) and lots of back tracking. October 24, 2012
Couldn't Wait to End Puzzles tedious and hard. Would love to had hints. Story way too convoluted for me. HOS were OK. Had to use hints too often. Just wasn't very fun. Dark and industrial looking. October 22, 2012
Didn't Catch Me I was baffled by most of the game. The routine of finding tools and solving problems was pretty familiar and entertaining for the most part. What I had trouble with was the back and forth between two time eras and trying to relate that to the story. Had to use frequent hints to get back on track and re focus on my goals. I didn't find it a waste of time but when I have to keep resorting to hints it's not much fun for me. The art work/graphics was easy to read. I don't listen to sound so no comment there. The problem solving wasn't all that hard. The challenge came with trying to tie things together. I guess it just wasn't the game for me. I was glad when it was over...... October 10, 2012
much ado about nothing I finished this game on Monday and frankly after getting it finally de bugged it was just ok. Storyline started off interesting but for me went nowhere. Walking around in circle with a few different puzzles but nothing worth remembering. Game duration for me was very short. October 16, 2012
Not for me I'm afraid After reading a few reviews decided to try this game. I don't actually like games where you need to collect items so did not expect to love this game but hoped it would have something to make up for that puzzles OK and not mind boggling or repetitive. HOS screens not noo difficult. Stacking problem was decidedly annoying as it was soooooo sloooooow. Angelica at the bottom of the screen during puzzles seemingly looking at a watch and timing you is very off putting. Glad I now decide to try before I buy as this is definitely not my sort of game. Doesn't live up to the hype... After reading the reviews I was excited about this game. But when I began to play I got that sinking feeling. I played for about an hour and have not picked it up since. Choppy graphics, a soryline that is rather incohesive, and puzzles that were just annoying. I wish I had not purchased this game. Caution - Cannot Switch to Standard Mouse Control Extremely disappointed 5 mintues into purchasing game. Hand mouse flops all over the place, cannot get good hit on selection. Bought collectors edition, waste of money, too frustrating to play. Should have tried the trial, but assumed most games these days have the mouse option. Sad. October 12, 2012
Not my cup of tea Yes, it's an inchoesive storyline with no backtracking and collectibles too much easy to find. Deceiving. February 5, 2014
