Farm Tribe 2
a bit of a yawn but pretty
I did buy this, even though I found the trial a little ho hum boring. I can only take about 15 mins at a time, because otherwise I fall asleep, making the game last extra long. There are parts I like (naming the characters) and its very graphically pretty but there's just something missing.
I don't remember the first one being this boring. Maybe its just me. I like starving my people so they die when the boredom is too great. Not one of my favourites, but I'm battling on through it.

my view for this is its ok not the best kinda boring after a while the people move to slow even with up grades i am very quick but the game can not keep up with me. i have money to buy things but everything is locked you only get to buy what the game recommends at that time which is nothing i am on the second part and now i get a bigger bowl [water bowl] not the food bowl yeah its just like the first game i thought this one would have improved don't know if i would recommend this one

just too slow
Love the graphics and how everything looks so nice and green. I just do not like games that are so slow in what they need to accomplish. It takes soo long to get enough points to build something. It takes soo long to gather apples and everything else. Almost as if it is in real time. I do not like the constant picking up and gathering everybody. So this is no buy for me.

Different style of play from FT1
This game is quite different from FT1 and a lot easier, therefore not as fun or interesting. I managed to complete it in 4hrs with minimal 'waiting time' - although I haven't collected all the stained glass pieces. It plays like a typical farm sim game with challenges, but the challenges are really easy to overcome. If you've played FT1 before, then you'll know how to assign workers to certain skills and so on, and from there it's just about filling orders or reaching targets.
There wasn't much mystery compared to FT1 either. In fact, there wasn't much of a plot at all. The entire premise of the game is essentially Annie setting up a farm to pay for her wedding.
It was fun for a lazy Sunday afternoon but I'm glad I didn't pay full price for it. It passed the time. Maybe I'll try to beat my time in the future but for now I'm done.

Nothing like the first Farm Tribe
I was extremely disappointed in this game. I bought it without trying it first because I enjoyed the first one so much. To me the game play is nothing like the other. No mystery to solve. Very boring just being told what to do with no challenge or decision making for the player. I have learned my lesson. Will always play demo before I buy.

a quite boring game , slow paced and very uniterested goals. The story is just plain awful. The music not nice and the graphics just ok.

Loved the overall concept but disliked the forced tutorial and the games inability to save progress.

Too much interruption
I LOVE games like this. I finished the demo, but I knew after about 45 minutes that this was not something I would buy. I would not even play it for free.
There is too much interruption. Just when I was about to go through my workers, see if their needs were met, make sure that they were assigned to do jobs that needed doing at the time...I was interrupted with new tasks, bits of story line...etc. I am not kidding. You do not have 3 minutes of game play with out having your train of thought messed up.
Great concept. I wish there were more of these games, but this one was such a disappointing mess.

COULDN'T GET INTO GAME
Though, I love the story line...couldn't seem to understand how to make points...everytime I tried to get a worker to help a customer...they want to eat...and do not pay attention to the customer, only to chit chat....
