Not as Good as I'd Hoped
Excited by the demo, I bought this CE hoping for more scary zombie stuff, but for the most part when you do see them, they're just shuffling by in the distance or passing by a window outside, nothing truly scary or shocking. Definitely a let down. The game was long, and challenging, graphics and sound were great, but overall kind of a bore. Too bad the SE version wasn't available when I bought it or I would have gotten that one. Good way to kill time, but not very memorable.

Great Hidden Object Game and Story Line
Purchased this game after playing the Demo. Great 3D graphics and a good challenge.
The only problem I found was the ending was really anticlimatic but I would recommend this game to others.

Too easy
I love the Haunted Legends series, but this one is too easy. You pretty much can find what you need in the same room and your inventory is never full. The puzzles also seemed easy, but that part doesn't bother me as I find the puzzles an annoyance and would prefer not to have them. I liked the story in this one as it is different. I will get this game, after only playing the demo, as who need the collectors version with such an easy game? If the game is complex, then collectors edition is good. And why does BF think everything has to come out in collectors editions anymore? I think you should just offer the game and offer a collectors edition if someone needs the extra assistance. Never found the additional game play worth what you paid for CE.

Really cool zombies
Great game with lots of HOS, interactive and silhouettes. VOS. Good puzzles, graphics and sound effects. Long skip button. Good storyline. Nice length-almost 7 hours on casual.

Long Game Play

Wow! Lots of Great Play Here!
Bang for the buck, this might be the best game I've played all year. Some odd runtime error crashes prevented a perfect score but only got in the way a little.
Pros: Spooky theme, great villain, gorgeous art, very atmospheric music, excellent story line. Outstanding variety in mini-games and H0 scenes. Excellent cut scenes. Long, satisfying play. Just about everything in the game was a Pro.
Cons: A number of C++ runtime crashes interrupted game flow but cost very little progress. Distracting but not fatal.
Bonus: Simply the best. You get wallpaper, music, concept art, extra game play, and best of all you get to replay the H0 scenes AND the puzzles! Fantastic!
Overall: Chock full of everything you pay for. Wonderful effort!

Try it
Good game. Ending was a little lackluster, but most of them are. What happens to all the zombies in the end? Needed some morphing objects.
