Curse of the black water
Good game. I've seen a lot of octopus creatures in games lately.Anyway, fun and good story line.There is a small community in Tennessee called Black Water. Oh well, reminds me of a Doobie bros. song. the song is much better than the game.

Disappointed
I thought it was childish. Maybe it's because I just finished Dark Parables, Red Riding Hood Sisters, which was outstanding. This game left me completely uninterested/unchallenged

Beautifully Crafted...Poorly Executed...Could Have Been Great!
Demo versions imho don't give enough info to honestly review a game. However, Hard Level should mean difficult and demo provided enough info that the most difficult level is entirely too "easy". In as much as I like collecting and reaching Achievement goals, the interactive map shows where all the turtles are found. And, do I really want to see more octopus tentacles swishing in and out of sight?
I think not.
The artwork is superb, the ho scenes clear! I mean everything to like in a game is here. Yet, there is no challenge, no mystery--nothing mysterious to draw you in-- as far as the demo goes.
There are many good games that literally draw you in and *zap*--you're buying the game!

WISH I WOULD HAVE WAITED FOR SE
WOW thought after playing the demo it would be a good game!! It just keep getting worse and wasn't able to finish the game. It's not worth a CE price and not worth a SE really. There where many errors in this game such as screen skipping (went from one scene to another and I don't think it was suppose to be that way). You follow a giant snake? throughout the game that is chasing a girl and end up in all kinds of different places. Nice try BF but not this time...

I simply dislike this game, I find it to slow, to boring. I guess there is a lot of failure, after just 5 minute, I spotted the first.
Its strange, because there is so many good HOS, why don't your learn?

GRRREAT Game!
This is definitely a "don't miss this one" game, it has 39 different scenes and most of your inventory is collected shortly before you have to use it. A real +++ for memory deficient players like me. Nice long game-play. The bonus was a bit short but the HOS's had a twist that was enjoyable. The puzzles are challenging but doable without having to skip, I did have trouble with one, but perseverance won out. And for over-acheivers there are coupon bonuses for high acheivment players.

Wonderful game!
Really, there is nothing bad to say about this game, Great voice overs, good storyline, nice graphics, useful hints, fast skip button, very nice map.. I really enjoy playing this game. The first in the series, Lockwood Manor, seems so far away from this one. Seems like the developer really put lots of thoughts into making the sequel and it really shows. The bonus chapter is good and long too, but the HOG scenes and the story seem like another game of its own. It's good, though. Really recommend this game. Truly a wonderful one.

loved the bonus chapters
Over all this was a very good game. I left it mid stream for months. I just picked it back up today and remembered how interesting it was.
