A fun TM game I rather enjoyed the demo of Dragon Crossroads. While it may not stand out from the crowd of similar games, e.g. Roads of Rome, Legend of Atlantis, etc, there was a fun factor to it, that I purchased the game after just a few levels. I thought the graphics were finek and the music rather jaunty. The workers were fast and tasks could be queued. Time can be extended by finding and clicking on goblins and freeing chests. There was plently going on in the few levels I played. I could not achieve gold on most of those levels, so was pleased that the game was not so easy (for me) as other reviewers found it. Give it a try. December 12, 2012
I enjoyed this game. I like this game. I like that the characters move fast. Works well for me. Like the graphics. December 13, 2012
Dragon Crossroads I bought today and finished today it was fun! I never finish a game that quickly! I guess I have to get my other three trial games then. It was easy only thing I had to restart the game it froze on one level but other that fun! December 14, 2012
Good T.M. Game This is a TM Game similar to "Roads to Rome" and the "Princess" Series. Some people have commented negatively about the speed of the the little men. Well, I found it great. No need to wait to boost speed, it's there all the time. Sound effects too noisy was another neg. comment. I don't agree. Turn the sound effect volume down! it's easy enough to find. Workers can be tasked in advance. Now that has to be a plus. The graphics quality is very good as is the overall sound. The idea of regaining time by finding the "Goblins" is another great idea. This is a fast paced game, so if you want to loll around and take your time, then this game won't be to your liking. Personally, I think it's great and to prove the point, I have bought it. The Dragons went.... Well, despite the title you dont see that much dragon ind the game, more in the cutscenes. What you have is little, busy guys repairing and upgrading stuff. Like the Northern Tale, Royal Envoy or My Kingdom games you gather ressources and build your way through the levels. Something I hadnt seen before was a level with use the soldier to smack them, but this time not only the ones present when the level starts....oh no, they keep showing up untill you reach the goal! Did like that! Nice, clear graphics. Yes this game might not be that hard to get through, but its actually good fun! Personally I found the Island Tribe 3 game easier than this one so whether its easy or not probably relates to the players talents :-) December 12, 2012
Glad I tried it, despite negative reviews This is a time/resource management game, similar to Roads of Rome, but with a fantasy theme. I know several people thought the game characters moved too fast, or found some other aspect of the game annoying, but I thought it was rather enjoyable. It is fast-paced, so the levels don't take very long, which I feel makes a nice change, as you will lose less time if you have to restart the level to get a gold star. I found the animation appealing, and appropriate for the game style. If you are an avid fan of this type of game, as I am, you might want to give this a try. December 12, 2012
A fun little game to pass away the time...... I liked this game. I find it slightly challenging (actually got stuck on level two because I couldn't see the some of the time goblins#. It really is your standard gather items, upgrade buildings, etc. game, but the workers' seem faster, the items generate quicker so you have a shot of making gold each time. The sound of running water got annoying really quick #around level two# so I ended up turning my sound down to barely there. I always turn the music off because it is distracting to me. All in all, it's a nice game to pass away some time. I bought it 30 minutes into the game just to have something to play until the next TM game is released. December 12, 2012
Frantic clicking required This was a very ?busy? game where you were rewarded for clicking rapidly all over the board and keeping the supply pipeline full. Some of the initial levels were hard enough that even with three or four replays I could not get gold, but after the mid-point everything was pretty easy. Graphics were pretty good, but errors in the play happened too often. At one point when you talk to a villain and then click away, another dialog bubble appears in Russian. Periodically when you pick up a resource and carry it off, it still shows up there almost until your player gets back to the tent. These are minor annoyances, but they indicate a lack of quality control in production. They game was fun to play and I recommend it. December 24, 2012
a little bit too easy with issues on level 55 I love building games but i found this one to be a little to easy, i managed every level in gold time, its one of them games where you have your camp site/tent and you have little men that go and collect resourses, you build with the resorses and ever action you make requires have to train soldiers and fight the bad guys .... Everything went well until level 55 when i couldn't get my soldiers out of their camp, one would come out while the other got perminently stuck.... it took me 5 times of ending the game and rebooting the game to actually get the last level to run properly so i could complete the game would i recommend this game... yes for younger and inexperienced gamers December 15, 2012
It's not THAT bad! I've read all the reviews, and I didn't think it was all that bad. Yeah, not as good as Roads of Rome or Royal Envoy or Island Tribe, but almost. It's a good way to pass some time, since it's not terribly difficult. December 18, 2012
