A bit better than the first Weird Park
Just yesterday I bought WP: Broken Tunes for $2.99. Well worth it by the way. The second installment, based on the one hour demo, seems to be better. Our buddy Louis Gauche
and his tiny crony Loki are at it again. Louis is bent on revenge once again stemming from perceived slights against him. This time he's kidnapping children. Our job is to stop him and complete a rescue mission.
The HOG scenes are decent with a few objects cleverly placed. Some of the puzzles are novel and none too hard to fathom. Most players will be glad the hint feature recharges a bit faster than in the first installment.
WP:ST is a fine game, not an A+ grade ( play Brink of Consciousness: Lonely Hearts for that ), it does get a solid B grade. As an SE version and with a 30% discount today, it's worthy of a purchase. Nice work dev. !!

Spectacular Game!!!!! Bravo!!!!
This game was very good indeed. The grafics, sound and storyline was very interesting for me. It has a lot of HOS and they are clear not dark and cluttered. I was well entertained. You have to find a missing child after a car accident. I played the demo and could not wait to purchase the game. It is a wonderful sequel to the first Broken Tunes. They both are excellent games. If you enjoy a great storyline, HOS and great puzzles that are not so difficult it makes you pull your hair out, then this is the game for you....Happy gaming fishies!!!!

I've loved the first one and this one looks really good too. Nasty joker is back messing up with children this time. A straight buy for me. Thanks for this good SE, not many of them to use our coupons on

This is just as much fun as the first weird park
Starts with the usual car crash caused by a spooky kid in the car with you, but the great radio music playing while you're driving and reading a map at the same time makes it just different enough. No wide screen on my laptop, but that's not an issue for me. Since this is a SE and not a CE there's no strategy guide, but the game doesn't need one. You do have a journal and lots of hints, with two levels of play.
Adventure/IHOS hybrid, with clear graphics and a good mixture of puzzles and IHOS scenes. Maybe too many IHOS for some? Different tastes for different players!
That great little jack-in-the-box imp is back, and the hint button is the teddy bear left by the little girl in the car blowing up a balloon for your next hint. Great touch!
This is a great buy! I haven't decided on using a credit or taking advantage of the 30% off sale yet, but will buy.

REVIEW OF COMPLETED GAME
I cannot understand why this is not a CE. It is 7 hrs long and has a seperate SG by the devs. Why not combined and make the last chapter the BC and make twice as much profit. That's what they did with Broken Tunes.
Anyway, this is a super bumper full to bursting game with all your childhood Fairy Tale charcters come to life. The evil clown and his henchman are back, just as ugly and repulsive as before. The game is just as weird and bizarre as the first one, but wonderfully so.
There are a lot of iHOS, it's true, but hey, that's the genre. The puzzles fall into all 3 categories for difficulty levels. The graphics are brilliant. The game is full of surprises and inventiveness and gripped me right off. But if I thought I was gripped at first, that was nothing compared to later, because it just kept getting better and better.
The hint button is perfectly sufficient for help and advice and recharges fast. The story is well done, if a little creepy. But then, we like creepy, right? Right! Very well done.
The navigation is absolutely instantaneous and some devs should take a leaf out of these ones book and see that they can programme their games to this degree. Excellent.
There is no map, but the game is in sections to which you do not have to return after completion, until the end. Great end it is too. Leaves plenty of leeway for yet another one.
I just hope it does not take as long for the next one. I will be first in line.
Thanks devs, you rock. And thanks BF, you picked a good one.

Another fun Weird Park game
It seems I can't resist that impish little jester!
This is an enjoyable single edition game and worth the price (especially today!).
The story line is fun, there are many HOG, and the puzzles are a bit different and interesting but not overly dificult.
The only slight difficulty is in accessing the inventory bar. It seems to be a bit sluggish but it was not enough of a problem to keep me from tracking down that imp!

Weird BUT FUN
Nice seq. to the Weird theme. Bought on 30% sale w/out playing demo. Love it. Inventory items on my pc will only play on reg screen, (can play on full & wide screen but can't get to inventory list. I have to uncheck both to be able to have my inventory list pop up. Color's r crisp & clear. Love that little imp running around. They have a lot of things to remember. Love That. Well worth a coupon code or 30% off. Well have to go know. Have to catch up w/that little guy.
Two modes, difficult & expert. I don't consider myself an expert yet, but give me time.

Love the Hint Bear
Review is based on the demo. This is a standard HOG game that doesn't require much thought when it comes to what you need to do next. I did get a kick out of the Hint Bear though. When you click on the hint balloon, it pops and the bear blows up the balloon again. The hint will direct you where to go next, if you need it. The items in the HOG scenes are easy to spot & there is some interaction.
The inventory bar is annoying, since you have to fight w/the mouse to pull up the bar.
I'm buying the game since it's 30% off today.

hidden object game
played demo only. LOTS of HOS. Hard time getting inventory bar to pop up when needing items. So far seems like good game. Loved 1st version.

Really wanted to like this, but......
When I saw this game pop up on TGT I nearly bought it without trialling. I really, *really* wanted to like this game, but sadly it fell short of the mark - for me, anyway. The graphics were lovely and the storyline was, theoretically, interesting; however, there were so many other "issues" that I kind of forgot all about the story in the end. Like many others I had big problems getting the inventory bar to pop up - I kept leaving a scene instead. It became quite irritating after a while. In addition, while I know it's marketed as a Hidden Object Game, there were just soooo many HOGs that I thought "oh no, not *again*!" every time I came across another one #which was very regularly#. It just ended up breaking the smooth running of the story as far as I was concerned. I played 45 minutes or so and came across about 9 or 10 HOGs. I like them, but not *that* much, and gave up on the game after I came across yet another one.
On the plus side the graphics were nicely done, and I liked the teddy bear/balloon hint system. There was no map, just a journal #which didn't reveal much, just a recap of the story so far#. I have a couple of free game credits and I'm really on the fence over whether to 'buy' this or not - I suspect if I did I may play only about 20 minutes at a time before getting fed up.
Obviously the HOG-heavy scenes will suit some, but I'm not sure this is a game for my taste. Would I recommend it? Yes, if you like *lots* of HOGs in your game. Yes, for the potential storyline and graphics. No, for the infuriating inventory bar. No, if you prefer a game with more emphasis on the adventuring.
