Lacking Good Interaction
I played Weird Park: Broken Tunes and liked it very much. If I recall correctly it had puzzles as well as HOS. (It has been a while since I played it, so it might not have.) I have not come across any puzzles in this game, Weird Park: Scary Tales, but lots of HOS. Too many in my opinion. That takes the challenge out of it for me, and makes it more of a seek and find game. Might as well not have a storyline.
I also had difficulty in getting the inventory window to open and when it did open it didn't want to stay open long enough for me to get the item I needed. If I was able to get the item, it didn't really work well unless I hit just the right spot. I don't think this is a technical issue with my computer since it is only 6 months old and has a good video card, etc.
So, for me, that takes the fun out of the game and replaces it with frustration. I felt the pace of the game was slow. I wouldn't go as far as saying it was boring, but it didn't hold my attention very well.
The HOS were dark and it was difficult to see/find some of the items, but overall the quality of the graphics was good.
Because of the inventory bar issue, I gave up on the game after about 30 minutes, so I can't honestly say if the game gets better. Since I liked the first game in the series, this one is a real disappointment for me.

A bit ordinary
Its a decent HOG but a bit ordinary. Predictable, lots of HOG scenes, more than I care for. Good graphics, no annoying music but not very imaginative.

Love it!
I love the "scary" games with moving parts, walking into buildings and using inventory items to play the HO games. Just playing the demo, I already see this game as mine in my future!

For all HOS lovers
Such a good game, I am a true fan of HOS and I must say I enjoyed a lot playing this one. There are plenty of hidden object scenes, they are all interactive with satisfying challenge level ( you do not get bored searching for objects, but on the other side you can?t easily see all of them)
As for the game- fantastic graphics and characters, voice overs and creepy atmosphere with perfectly chosen music. Definitely weird storyline, but in a good way, I just love spooky places and goosebumps that I get while playing this type of games.
My opinion- I would play it again, so for me this one is most certainly worth the price!

Many hours of fun and surprises
This game is a delight and is filled with surprises. It has a huge amount of puzzles and HO scenes. So many things are going on, it is a joy to play. I keep expecting it to be ending but instead we open up another door to yet one more level of play. It is as good as many collector's editions, plus it has a lot of humor and joy. I recommend it highly.

Louis and Dudley back even better!
This second in the series is even better than the first. All the creepiness and beauty is in the small details... sound effects, beautiful graphics and creepy music. I too had a bit of trouble getting to the inventory yet i think this is an A1! game. I am sure I will replay this many times as I did the first. A definite must buy & a discount with it too. Don't pass this one up.

HINT -- MANY TIMES USELESS
This game is a very nice game; HOWEVER, if you happen to be in an area where you KNOW that there's something that you NEED TO DO but do NOT have the object in your inventory but SHOULD, the hint button will NOT recognize the fact that you've MISSED picking up the object and does NOT direct you to the area in which to pick up the missing inventory object.
I found that to be VERY frustrating and hence, the low scoring mark.

Collector's Edition Quality!
What a beautiful and exquisite Game! Excellent Graphics and great details. I love the Evil Clown Character, very well drawn and funny looking. Mr Dudley is a great little amusing Character too! The story was superb and quite lengthy, and I loved playing every minute of it! Well worth playing again at some later date.

Too many hidden object scenes detract from the story.
I was excited to see this game because I loved Broken Tune, but I never got past the trial hour. For starters, the inventory was invisible unless I got out of widescreen, which I hated because I don't like seeing my desktop around the game borders. I don't feel like I'm immersed in the storyline so it takes away from the gameplay. Also, items in the HO scenes were hard to pick up unless you click below the item and not directly on it. Until I realized this, it was maddening to click on items that I knew were correct but wouldn't pick up. I don't know if this was just a glitch because it seemed to get better the longer I played, but there were just SO MANY hidden object scenes in the trial that I knew this was a no buy for me. I learned absolutely nothing more about the story because the gameplay was so slow and just dragged along. And if the trial hour is representative of the number of HO scenes there are in each hour, then prepare yourself for an onslaught. I prefer the adventuring aspect to HO scenes and don't mind a few, but this was ridiculous and really slowed down the gameplay for me. The graphics are nice and crisp enough and the imp made a couple appearances, but the trial hour was just not fun for me and I am not impressed enough to want to purchase.
