Wasn't sure at first... I thought there was going to be too much dialogue but I was wrong. There's enough to keep the story going but not too much that it gets tedious. I only played the demo but I liked the variation on the HOs and there weren't too many of them although some of the objects have been hidden rather well. There was a nice mix of puzzles to solve - some a little more difficult than others. The graphics are what I would call gentle, no really bright colours, nicely drawn and not too dark. I definitely liked it and, although it's not a CE, it's going on my wish list of future purchases. January 26, 2013
As others have said, This is like the Johnny Depp movie. The ending is different, but the bonus game is worth it. January 13, 2013
Are you kidding? Long review short, you could buy this game or just watch the movie to see how it ends. Totaly unoriginal when you just rip off film and turn it into a game making sure you change the name so you wont get sued. At least the movie has professional actors. January 7, 2013
hidden object this is a nice game, however, very short and lacking on any storyline.i finished this in under 2 hours. not at all hard.just average. January 8, 2013
Geogrpahy? Who wrote the copy for this one? Sleepy Hollow is near Tarrytown which is in the more SOUTHERN part of New York state! January 6, 2013
Cursed Fates: The Headless Horseman CE I so wanted this game, and then..bam..no voice without music. I cannot play any game with the music on because I find it hard to concentrate on what I'm doing. Jeers to the devs for doing this. Other than that, it appears to be an excellent game. BOO! January 7, 2013
No-Buy After seeing the crow being shot at with a slingshot, I lost interest in this game and would not consider buying it. There is enough violence in the world without encouraging children to become animal abusers. The creators need to be more responsible and compasssionate towards animals depicted in games. There is no reason to shoot at or abuse them in any manner. January 6, 2013
Sub par Not anything at all what a CE should be. January 7, 2013
Just like the Movie! If you wished you could play a game based almost literally on the movie Sleepy Hollow, look no further! The characters in this game both look and sound like the characters in the movie, just with different voices. It's an okay Hidden Object/Puzzle game, but not that hard or time consuming. Excellent game, great as SE or CE! Really enjoyed this one! Good graphics, and game play; storyline flows well. Minimal use of diary, no map, but none needed because the game (and map) is divided into chapters, a technique that minimizes needless backtracking and running about (much appreciated!). The SE brings the story to a satisfying conclusion, but I enjoyed the game play so much that I was glad I'd purchased the CE and had another bonus chapter to play. My only (minor) complaints were that the music felt repetitive after the first hour or so, some of the voice actors were pretty bad, and a few of the puzzles were so easy that they seemed like busy work instead of an actual challenge. None of these issues seriously detract from the game, however, and I'd highly recommend this title in either CE or SE version. I'm looking forward to the next game from this publisher! March 18, 2013
