Detective Quest: The Crystal Slipper Strategy Guide
looking for Prince Charming?
this game is definitely a prince among games. Enjoyed the story-line as well as the effects..a unicorn, who knew? Not your usual HOC...this one you have to place objects into the scene rather than find ones hidden in it. I like the switch up as I strictly play HOCs and this one was different as well as interesting enough to keep me going.

Really challenging and Fun Hidden Object Game
This game was one of those that you cannot leave. I sat down to play and only got up to have meals. A truely wonderfully constructed and authored game.

Detective Quest: The Crystal Slipper
It was alot of fun. It didn't take me long to go through the game. However, I did miss several photo opportunities. Not sure if I was distracted by the game or just not observant enough. Either way, I did have alot of fun!

Kept gettin g lost!!
Well its a sweet game, with beautiful graphics, but i found i got lost quite a bit! so thank god for the map!!! or the trekking would have driven me nuts.
i loved the game but didn't feel the value first time around, so i'll be playing it again, i recommend this game for those who don't mind trekking all over the place, the scenes are lovely

To Devs Everywhere: Help Us Learn!
BASED ON COLLECTOR?S EDITION
This is a lovely game which is sure to appeal to both beginners and the more experienced players. It has a great many small mini-games, most but by no means all, are easy enough.
But that doesn?t mean the SG is there for decoration!
This is the worst SG I?ve seen for simply restating the puzzle in-game instructions. ?To solve this puzzle move all the puzzle pieces to get the correct image?. Well, gosh gee, I don?t know how I ever lived without your help ? NOT.
This sort of useless drivel is what can make even the most beautiful of games become an annoyance.
It?s fair to say that if we?ve resorted to the SG, then we ARE looking to have our hands held, so help.
I can muddle through all sorts of puzzle and sometimes even solve it before impatience gets the better of me, but I?m clicking almost randomly. What I want from a SG is the principle behind a puzzle, so that I can learn and do similar ones on my own.
If you make the puzzle difficult and the SG really really basic with the solution clearly explained, both amateur and expert puzzlers are happy ? and buy more CEs.
