Game never shuts up!
There is no game play in this game. Had to ditch after 8 mins into the demo. Just kept cutting to confusing and nonsequential chatter and characters. Also cursor kept changing to magnifying glass, but every time I clicked to look closer I got a horrible plunk noise. I couldn't understand the high ratings, so I started reading the 5 star reviews and they all sound like sales pitches for Blue Tea games. They do not read as if the person writing the review actually played the game. I'd be interested in hearing from someone who has finished the game whether it gets any better.

BTG does it again
They have, in fact, done it again so well that, once I saw in the forums that reviews had advised against this game, I had to come and write one, something I never do.
For starters, game type: It's a FrOG, not a HOG. Some people have pointed this as a negative, but frankly, I'm sick to death of HOGs, and I was disappointed when one of BTGs latest installments (the Piper one) deviated from their FrOG norm. Also, there's loads and loads of HOGs around if that's your thing - no junkpiles here, having you searching for items that you'll never get just to make "number." The FrOGs aren't hard to do for me, and my eyesight is... let's go with less than perfect and leave at that ;).
The puzzles aren't as hard as BTGs usual fare, either.
The art quality is, as always for BTG, top notch, though perhaps more light and glittery than usual. Certainly brighter than the dark themes of Red Riding Hood Sisters or the Piper.
The story is, though not exactly filled with unexpected plot twists (i.e., still haven't run into one), still entertaining - again, BTG standard fare.
If you enjoyed BTGs other products, get this. Now (you can't get it yesterday, 'cause it just became available). If you didn't, you'll probably won't like this one (but you can always try the demo to find out for yourself). If you've never played a Blue Tea Games game, shame on you - start with Briar Rose's demo (the first) and see if it catches your attention. Graphical and, basically everything quality starts good on that one and ramps up quickly.

Absolutely perfect!!!!
I am unable to cite one fault with this game! I heard it was going to be released, today, so stayed up until 2:00
AM (central time) to download. Did not even bother with the trial because I knew it would be wonderful since it was produced by Blue Tea! Worth every penney!
Now, I am waiting very anxiously for them to release their new Dark Parables game which is due out in either April, May, or June!
Please, try this one. It will be well worth your time.
Guess you can say, I highly recommend this game.

Adventure-based Fantasy FrOG
In brief, here are the best things about Enchantia: Wrath of the Phoenix Queen:
*Fragmented Object Search Scenes as in the Dark Parables series (this is by the same game company as well).
*Focus on adventuring without stacking the minigames and frOS scenes too close together which equals great immersion.
*An original fantasy storyline with superb plot development and interesting characters.
*Gorgeous artwork and a high quality production all around.
*A vast array of areas to explore and discover with multiple chapters making gameplay feel epic in scope.
This is truly a stand-out game well worth the C.E. purchase for the extra gameplay, helpful strategy guide and being able to have it now instead of waiting.

I only disliked that it had to end at all.....
The story was actually interesting and the different characters were well fleshed out - especially the old historian.
The character graphics were the marvelous. The pain in the old historian's face when he had to zap his beloved was vivid enough to draw a tear.
Lots of drama with some painful consequences.

DISAPPOINTING
This would have been a much better game if the graphic presentation had been done better. Every scene is overcrowded over-packed with imagery that makes you feel claustrophobic and the effect is confusing, the perspective is poor, and sometimes you can't even tell which direction the scene leads in. The hidden object scenes were "okay" but the colors seemed washed-out and overcast with a semi-greenish hue and the hunting for "parts" of an object in the scenes became a real task instead of being fun because they were so small and tightly hidden. The graphics really made this a dismal game for me and was such an annoying issue that I lost interest in the storyline early on. I'm sorry but I can't recommend it.

What is there left to say?
Blue Tea in my opinion are one of, if not the best game developers.
I find this type of game fascinating. I like all aspects of it very much.
Having just finished the demo I only stopped by to say so glad to see this released. Having read the other reviews, there is not a lot left for me to add.
I am now off to buy and enjoy.

WOW!
Big Tea to the rescue. Anytime I find a game from Big Tea I automatically buy it. They are the best for creating anything you want to see in a game.
