Brilliant! I didn't play the first book, and tbh didn't hold out much hope of it being any good. Was pleasantly surprised!! Very addictive game, the graphics are not the best but do the job. The game really grips you just like a good book ;)!! A lot of boring dialog though (which has typos) but u can skip that and it still explains what u have to do. I loved the fact that this game has an element of adventure. Overall, good game! September 13, 2013
Love these games This series of games is excellent. Challenging but not to the point of frustrating. Lots of opportunity to develop your own strategies. Can't wait for the next installment! September 2, 2013
A great combination of different types of games This game is a micture of my favourite types of games - you have to build a colony (different buildings to produce resources for more buildings, but also to trade with game characters), but also have some quests to accomplish, there's a strong element of time management, but at the same time it's not just frantic clicking, but you have to strategize and plan which resources you'll need and in which order. While I was not a fan of the building deterioration (and restoration of productivity), because the restoration only helps for a short time and costs an enormous amount of resources, overall, I still enjoyed book two as much as book one and can't wait for the third part (and I hope there will be more games with similar features). Cool game I loved it, characters are so cute. Every level was the same over and over, but still enjoyable to play. August 4, 2013
Fun Game! I enjoyed this game more than the first one. The story line was interesting and it was challenging. June 9, 2013
Time Management game I really, really enjoyed this game!! The graphics are clear and the story fun to follow. Somehow this seemed easier than the first one. Can't wait for the next adventure. Bring it on!! May 28, 2013
awesome game! This game is awesome!! So many levels, very challenging. Can play in different levels of difficulty. Really like the changes that were made from the first one. I bought this! May 10, 2013
My awesome game :) it is so fun and book 1 is okay but book 2 is awesome to keep busy May 9, 2013
Better than the First One This one was worth the wait. The devs did a better job, even than Book One, which I also loved. This series is better than Pioneer Lands, and almost better than The Promised Land. I love that you have to plan what to build and where to get gold. And these games aren't dark and creepy like so many of them. And you want gold on each level, so that you can play the concluding bonus level. This series makes the Island Tribe series, or Roads of Rome series, look so old school. I can hardly wait for Book Three! May 6, 2013
Love this game I loved that there are no trite, wildly cartoonish characters in this game. I played in 'normal' mode and it was a challenge. Then, because I really enjoyed the game, I played in 'advanced' mode. Can't wait for book 3!! May 3, 2013
