Land of Runes
simple, relaxing fun
Charming, good basic game I have returned to for years.
Similar to Cubis, with slightly different game play, and the addition of a simple story line.
Adds additional kinds of bricks and power ups as you proceed, and hidden treasure chests to boost points. (Do be careful waiting for cursor changes before clicking on them.)
Map allows you to easily replay levels; there are trophies that can easily be gotten, although a couple will require some replay of levels to get.
Pleasant music and graphics are fine. Intro is not much to look at, but after that, graphics are light and colorful until the very end. Easy to change window mode, etc.

Land Of Runes A Great Game
One of the most relaxing games I have played and It is a way of unwinding after a hard day at the office.
It is a challenging game and yet it helps you just zone out.
My kids love to play this game and I have to fight to get back on my computer..I would say this is for all ages to play.
Keep up the great family games like this one BIG FISH .

I really enjoy this game, pretty much everything about it. Took me a while to get the hang of it, but once I did, I couldn't turn it off. At it's core, it's a match 3 game, but the 3D environment and the way the game is played makes it feel like a lot more. The music and sounds are appropriate, and not annoying at all... it's just plain good. Do the demo and play it out, you may well find yourself wanting more.

NOT Cubis Gold!
As a staunch fan of Cubis Gold, I was disappointed with this game. It was frustrating being able to move the blocks only in the direction allowed by the arrows. At time I got stuck on a level because I could not send the block where I wanted to send it. I also found the bombs to be somewhat confusing and frustrating.
It was fun to a degree and I would still recommend it. As for the story line--I don't really need that.
