Fairway Solitaire: Tee to Play 4.3 5 207 207
The gopher is at it again! I have the original Fairway Solitaire and still play it (I have never finished it yet!!), but I do like this one a bit better. Love the mini-movies! I will not, however, pay real money to play this game as some of the prices are awful!!! I have a real problem with not being able to go full screen with it, tho. Makes it hard on these old eyes by looking at a small screen!! June 5, 2013
Not Much Different Than Fairway I was totally addicted to Fairway solitaire so was excited when the new Tee to Play version came out. As such, I guess I was expecting some new twists and storyline, etc. for the new version, but it is largely the same as the older Fairway. This newer version seems to have the exact same gopher story (which is fun to watch the first couple of times), the same trophy awards and power-ups for purchase in the golf shop. The main differences are that: - Now the player can purchase additional golf bucks by spending more real money - The player only has to complete 6 courses with getting 3-stars per course in order to get the bonus 5,000 gold bucks vs. the older version where completing 9 courses with 3-stars each was required so you can accumulate bucks a bit faster. As well, while this might just be 'beginners' luck with this game, I got quite a few 1000 bucks bonuses for long card strings much earlier in the game than previously when it seemed that those occurred less frequently. I was really hoping that Big Fish would add to the scorecard the 'under par' requirement to obtain the 3-star rating for each course, but that's still a mystery until you finish the course and either get it or miss it, same as before. If I knew how close I was to getting the 3-star rating I might be more tempted to purchase extra clubs, etc. to make it. Overall, Fairway is a very addictive game but it's probably not worth buying both the last version AND the Tee to Play version since they're virtually identical. June 5, 2013
Enjoyable game This is a likable game. Just like the other two golf solitaire games. The announcers are annoying however. I think I like the first Fairway best. But, this is fun also. June 4, 2013
love solitaire I like the scenes, and the gopher, Just like others, not crazy about the purchasing part, but the game is free, and it's up to you to purchase .. My only problem is with the size ,, unless i'm doing something really wrong, the screen size is very small .. can't seem to make it any bigger .. other than that, i am ok with it .. have the others, enjoy them too... like playing fairway solitaire I can't get to go to full screen? but it is a great game I have the 1st game and finsh it. June 4, 2013
Fun little game I found this to be a fun little game to spend an hour or so on. Like the whole idea. Only downside is that some of the items have to be purchased for 'real' dollars and not just 'game' dollars. Personally, I don't like that, and I never spend the dollars to get the items. Other than that the game was great. June 4, 2013
Don't Golf but Fairway Fun! Even though I don't know much about golf, I enjoyed the mechanics of this game. It was fun to earn stars and achievements and always fun to see how you compare to other players on the scoreboard. I especially liked all of the different themes of golf courses to play on, each with their special music or sound effects. The VO's are kind of funny too. A game worth playing! June 4, 2013
golf game it is just the same as the first and second fairway solitaire.i found the wind sound to be very annoying. But other wise i enjoyed playing it. June 4, 2013
good game I have Fairway Solitaire and have always like it ,but it does get harder to play at the end .The Tee To Play is different enough to make it fun to play only thing is I can't get it a full screen mode .That why only 4 star. June 4, 2013
