Love Chronicles: Salvation
good love chronicles game just not ers best
None of the chronicles have done all the great. Fun games just lack the great quality.
Has voice over, good music. The graphics are good just not crisp.
Has a map that will take you to where you need to go.
Hint button works good and fairly fast.
3 modes of play.
The HOS are different in you have to find items to put together your item to use. They are not hard.
The puzzles are quite easy also. some may give you a challenge but most are easy.
Lots of clicking to do in this one just to find things.
There is not a real good flow to this game to me. Lots of running back and forth.
All in all not a bad game just the love chronicles have never been a great game. They need to play some ERS games to find out how to improve these games.
There is an adventure here just lacking the wow factor.

Much better as an SE! Still a Fun Game with a Silly Name!
Usually I would never touch a game called ?Love Chronicles? but, being in mood for fairy tale fare and a relaxing quest, I bought the CE and found it surprisingly enjoyable. A great game for a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Tried the others in the series. This one is a definite upgrade. Voice overs, improved animation, cutscenes, character interaction and a more immersive storyline. Time travel changes it up a bit as you search for the four amulets necessary to protect Alura from the evil Zander. Now we know how the "wicked witch" got that way!
The graphics are great, with lots of colour and beautiful artwork. Very light adventure, a variety of iHOS, familiar puzzles, hint, journal, transporter map, task markers. In other words, the usual. The music is relaxing and the gameplay subdued.
However, the game does have some nice moments, and I had to laugh at the Lucio?s guard cat. Without a doubt, the strangest feline I have ever seen!
There is really nothing spectacular about this game, but it is strangely appealing. As a CE it had little to offer. As an SE, it?s worth the price.
If you need to zone out, de-stress or just have some fun with the kids, consider giving it a try!

Undecided whether this is a 5 or 3 star game, so I settled on 4 stars. Very interesting game. Guess you'd call it an adventure game, but it's different than most. Graphics are very nice, but voice overs are sort of forced. The puzzles encountered were very different from the usual fare and took a bit to solve. The way they are presented to you is also unusual. Also a couple silhouette HOs thrown in here and there. The characters are unique - especially the talking guard cat.
A bit of back and forth. Getting the magic book and stove with all the trimmings leads to an exciting adventure. I have Love Chronicles: the Spell but haven't played it yet. Seems like it would be better to have played it to better understand the backstory, but if you're not really into stories, it's probably okay to skip it.

A good buy
Love chronicles: salvation
I very much enjoyed this game but once again I wish the game would have been longer. I felt it to be on the short side as it was about 3-4 hours from start to finish with no skips and only a few hints but felt even shorter than that. The music was nice and match the game well. The story line was great. The HO?s were done very well with different kinds throughout the game, so that was nice. I found the puzzles to be fun and a nice touch.
In summery my only complaint with this game was the length, I felt it could have been longer and I so wanted to keep playing other than that this game is a great buy.
Have fun and enjoy :)

I was not impressed with this game at all, I see others were.

Maybe for a Young Girl
Too juvenile for me, and the controls didn't work well for touching things....The graphics were pretty simplistic and pretty poor....
Not worth even SE for me....I am an adult.

Not my cup of tea
I have one of the others from this series but can't remember the last time I played it. I was wanting to use a coupon but this isn't even worth a freebie. When it only takes 8 minutes of play time (of which at least half was used to log in and watch intros, the other four played one puzzle, one HO and progress to scene two or three. The first puzzle should grab you and this first puzzle certainly didn't do that. It revealed that the game was going to be beyond cutesy. When a character says take my halberd and then you take it and are told "you have a halberd!" I felt like saying no ****. Catch a fish for the cat and it says oh thank you; you must be nice and thanks for petting me and you can now pass. Forget it!

Do not like
I did not like this game because it was too slow moving from location to location and very jerky.

Lots of problems
This game has a lot of bugs (is this the right english term?) and I had to reload it a couple of times to make it work.
The graphic is awful and I did like it at all.

Didn't like it!
I found it frustrating. I didn't even stay through the demo. When you call a drill a screwdriver and a vase a flask...well, makes for a frustrating HOG. Some thing were very easy and others were too long/hard. I did like the "what shape shadow animal do these hands make" game but the number of things you had to guess plus the fact that part way through you added additional hand configurations, just was over the top. I'm sure some will like it, I did not.
