This is too complicated This is much more complicated than the previous antiques games. There's too much to do. It is confusing and distracting. I don't care about playing for free if I have to worry about spending money during the time I play the game. Not my cup of tea, but perhaps fine for others. September 24, 2013
antique road trip: American Dreamin Very Disappointed in this game. Too many flaws. Says game is free but you have to buy extra bars to do anything. Get no help in playing the game. I do not recommend wasting time and money on this game. Kept waiting on updates to fix these problems. Never happened. January 1, 2014
Pretty good free-to-play This game is part hidden object and part builder/time-management style game. You complete 'quests' in the hidden object areas and minigame puzzles. You use resources gained through the quests to renovate a rundown town, including your own antique shop. It is energy based but that is pretty standard for free-to-play. There is also a premium currency system but I have not used this option. You can earn enough of the premium currency to get you out of any jams through regular game play. The game is still a little buggy. Some of the levels and modes do not open up when they should but hopefully this will be fixed in future updates. The hidden object scenes become pretty easy and have high energy costs later on in the game. I am partially through the game and can only play a few scenes a day now. It's a bummer but it is to be expected with this type of game. There are some social networking aspects of the game. You can make friends and message them. You can participate in auctions with other players. You can also buy different kinds of pets that give you hints during the HO scenes and minigames. December 26, 2013
Ok as hidden object game. I prefer more mysterious type Hidden Object games. September 20, 2013
O.M.G!!! Very confusing Sorta fun to play, but confusing in some instances. For me, I couldn't figure out how to add friends. What the heck is a "social code"???? Over all, just ok for me. September 24, 2013
Hidden Object Not too well hidden. Too eady for me. September 24, 2013
Not a Dream Little Boring, Most you could just Point Click Drag Through, I like a Little More Challenge to My Games October 3, 2013
Hidden Object Game Seems to be made more for kids than adults. September 26, 2013
Needs an update badly! I have been playing this game now for almost a year but for 3 months now I only get daily challenges which have become tedious and boring :( December 12, 2014
Great game up to a point. I love the other Antique Road Trip games so I was ecstatic when I saw there was a free one. When I first downloaded this, I was in love with it. The game play was good and the quests were obtainable. However, I got to around level 25 and not only do the quests basically require money but the play is repetitive. I've played every scene so much that it takes no time at all to zip through a scene. Some of the quests require you to reach a certain level to complete. My interest in the game has went down to a point where I haven't played the game in a month. May 31, 2014
