Space Mahjong 4.1 5 11 11
Nothing Spacey About This Mahjong I must admit this game didn't look or sound very promising, what a surprise! What a great job they have done making each game a wee bit different and never boring. To name a few, regular mahjong where the goal is to match the final 2 special tiles, association mahjong where the goal is to match tiles such as mouse and cheese, number mahjong where the goal is to match two numbered tiles that equal the sum of a random number given and even intersect matches where the goal is to make two matches that allow a line between the matches to intersect. Bravo on this game, enjoy! November 27, 2013
Space Mahjong Finally, NOT a run of the mill mahjong game. Interesting game types that can be quite challenging. Backdrops are really nice and I even like the music. I was so bored with mahjong but this one is really cool. November 26, 2013
Its NOT boring! There is plenty to do and it is fun, nice music and relaxing. IT is different because there is a variety of mahjong games. The background is "spacey" and interesting and pretty for the subject it represents. It is a great game and I see no reason to have a story with it...just play the game! If you like mahjong give it a try. December 9, 2013
Awesome Game! I was impressed with this game it held my interest with the many different ways to play Mahjong. I hope to acquire this soon. November 27, 2013
WOW! AMAZING! CHALLENGING! I love a good relaxing game of Mahjong. This game goes above and beyond anything I've ever played before. You don't just play regular Mahjong of matching the tiles. Watch the "title" page before each level because that tells you which game you will be playing. For instance, matching (regular), pairing like items (foot and shoe, watermelon slice and watermelon, fish and fish bowl) and some aren't so easy to figure out. Then there's solitaire where you have to match from King down to Two and Up again in pairs (2 Kings, etc.) and who knows what else. This is the most amazing and challenging game of Mahjong I've ever come across and is definitely on my wish list. I encourage everyone who loves Mahjong to try this free demo. But, be prepared, it's not the quick, easy, casual game you're used to. Happy Gaming! July 25, 2014
Varied and quite challenging Seven different Mahjong games which keep coming round in the same order, but what I particularly like is that you can easily go back to a favourite level at any time - just hover your curser over the list of levels and it tells you what they are. Untimed - hooray! Quite challenging - I bought it as soon as I finished the trial hour because in that time I had only finished 5 levels and I wanted to see what others there were. Would have been 5 stars if the art work was better - the backgrounds are nothing special and the main tile set has the grey grubby look which unfortunately seems to be common in Mahjong games at the moment. A Very Good Game If one likes Mahjong, then you wil like this one. The graphics are very good and the music pleasant and relaxing. The level of challenge is real good and I liked the different Mahjong tiles. This is a buy for me. I think the developers did a fine job with this game. November 26, 2013
Space Mahjong I find Mahjong a bit tricky at times but I still like playing it. The only time I don't like playing it is when Solitaire is involved December 2, 2013
Unexceptional Mahjong Game BASED ON DEMO FIRST IMPRESSIONS The game looks nice enough from the beginning, but it is nothing spectacular. There is no real feeling of being extraterrestrial. And of course they were covered by the board anyway, and there is only one new background per level. The music is likewise nice, not stunning, and eastern meditative rather than exotic. It also got boring and irritating quite quickly. There is not even a hint of a story. MAKING PROGRESS The game plays as most modern mahjong games do. There are 7 gameplay styles including: ? Mahjong ? Logical Pairs ? Klondike Solitaire ? Add to the right number and 3 others I don?t have names for. I found the ?logical pairs? were not all that logical actually. The game progresses with points awarded for each (replayable) level, high scores and trophies. You must play a total of 14 boards (2 x 7 types) before you can unlock the next level. You have hint, shuffle, undo, button, along with the no. of matches, no. of tiles. Each board can be trashed and replaced at any time, and you can replay them immediately or at a later time. BOTTOM LINE All standard mahjong stuff. I see nothing compelling with this one. But if you?ve grown bored with your other mahjong games... November 26, 2013
Not my cuppa... The graphics and art are quite nice, and I loved the new-agey music. But the kudos stop there. I got to the solitaire level, and quit. I didn't like it much, and of course I got down to the last two tiles, which were stacked, and that was it. No thanks. Can't go to the next board until you finish the current one. We PAY for these games, and should be able to play as we wish, which includes only playing the modes we actually like. I didn't always see the logic in the logic mode, but it was kind of fun. I was hoping for something like my old quintessential favorite, Kyodai mahjong, but nope. I sooooo want the game of "Rivers", and it doesn't seem to ever show up. November 25, 2014
