Fun for any age! Yes adults too!
I saw reviews talking about this being a kids game, not for adults, but I disagree on a couple of things, 1, that BFG has games geared for kids, they have games for everyone here!
Then 2, there's a kid in us all and I for one loved this game! The demo hour was up before I knew it and went and got the game to keep going. I haven't seen this in awhile, but the colors are just bright and beautiful. Really makes you motivated to see what's next. You make matches by the "keyhole" to open it up and it makes the board bigger with more to do. There's objects to bring down the board, resources to collect (love when the basket comes out and you need to collect the resources they need by matching). It's relaxing too. I've smile through the whole hour and then still am playing! I'm just having a great time with this match 3 and don't think we should put down a game for it being set up for younger age! It's a beautiful one for anyone to enjoy.

Colorful, Fun, Relaxing Match 3!
I really am enjoying this game! Once I tried the demo, I knew it was a definite purchase with the colorful, beautifully whimsical graphics, storyline and the level of play was relaxing. The last thing I want to do is be stressed out by time & challenges on games some days so this was a perfect pick for me!

Beautyful and fun
(Based on the finished game, written by a non-native)
I've just finished the game, and I have to give my 5 stars, because I had a lof of fun with this beautiful gem. It was't hard, but a relaxing-enjoying game. The landscape and the "buildings", you can buy, are artistic and fascinating. I loved them. It's a game I will play again and again.
Thank you for the pleasent hours!

Adorable and Colorful M3 Game that is Great for All Ages
Incredibly cute M3 game. Very brightly colored, with lots of sparkling special effects and tinkling sounds. The free trial was over in a flash, and that's always the sign of a game you should put on your "buy it for sure" list. One of the cutest games I've seen.
Various icons to match up for special bonuses, such as the tornado, which shuffles the board, or the cross X, which blasts away a patterned choice of tiles, or drop the basket by matching three items above the basket, which then opens up more of the board. Also love the happy bear that shows up after you drop the basket, with a list of specific items to collect. Adds another layer of fun to the game.
All in all, this is a very cheerful, colorful, fun, and definitely not boring game. Yes, you can also build your fantasy kingdom between the match three boards by purchasing various decorations, and that is cute, too, but the M3 games are some of the best I've seen. Great graphics, and very colorful. Not too difficult, and not too easy. Just right.
Absolutely would recommend this game for all ages. Very cute. Kids and adults both will enjoy this game. If you like bright graphics, colorful scenes, and fun sound effects, plus easy play and unexpected surprises, then you'll like this game. The Fishdom series has always been my favorite for the M3 games, but Arcanika might just jump to the top of the list, based on cuteness factor alone.

Match 3 For Kids
This isn't a very exciting match 3 game but in all fairness the targeted genre is the youngsters. The goal is to drop gems off the board as well as locks and keys to open up more of the board. The tiles are colorful berries and when the bear pops in with his empty basket you need to fill it with the specific number of berries he wants. If you make a match several tiles, you will receive bombs and bolts that when double clicked will destroy tiles. There are mini games such as collecting fragments of an item and then using that item in the scene such as a key on a locked chest. With the coins you earn you can buy items to restore the glade in the magical world of Arcanika. It's not a bad match 3, it's just a predictable and fairly easy game with no wow factor. I do however think the kids, especially girls will love this fairy tale, with magical flowers and cuddly bears, enjoy!

Good Match 3 for the Younger Generation
Yes, yet another in the seemingly endless line of Match 3 games coming of late. This one is perhaps aimed more at the younger generation. As such, it fits the bill nicely, with a cute, simple storyline, scenery which would appeal to youngsters, bright and sharp graphics with distinctive, colourful tile designs. Background music is bright and cheery, and game play is easy with very few distractions.
Some will be pleased to know that there is no timer, so no pressure. Just the one mode: swap the tiles to make matches and collect gold which is then spent on adornments for the picturesque forest glade. You are assisted here by your 'pet' bear who comes out of his den at the start of each level, waiting to receive a pet #pat?# on the head. There are all the familiar power-ups that become available during the game. There are baskets that you have to drop off of the bottom of the grid, and these are given to your pet 'bear'. You then have to continue play until you fill his basket with various commodities. The level is won when you have done this, as well as removed all the underlying gold tiles.
So, nothing really innovative with this game. I will just say it is a good little number to relax with and while away some time, and is especially suited to younger people.

It is not hard to play and is relaxing and entertaining. The game play is a little slow but not a deal breaker. I play games to enjoy them, and this one is enjoyable for a casual gamer such as I am.
