Fun Business Game Who wants to be a businessman in the future, you should plays this game for enjoy! January 24, 2012
Challenging? I think so! With all the complex variables present in this game, it offers quite the challenge to meet your goals. A definate must-have if you enjoy the Time Management category. January 3, 2012
More like these, please I played it once, I played it twice and I'll start again after writing this review. The game reminded me a bit of Fairy Godmother Tycoon, which is another of my favourites. In Cinema Tycoon 2 you have to help Mr Pickwick to restore his chain of cinemas. Plenty of decisions to make. Such as which films to show, which upgrades to buy when. Pricing tickets and snacks is crucial and reaching the goals can be quite tricky. The lack of a mission-restart is bit of a shortfall, but it challenges me even more to complete each mission on time to win all the trophies. Perhaps I'll do it tonight, as I think I found the recipe, which I obviously won't reveal here. I'd like more of this type of tycoon games, please. December 25, 2014
Watch out as it gets harder! Brilliant game. I thought choosing the films (which a few had very strange names) and marketing was a brilliant touch. I must admit I got stuck on one of the higher levels and lost alot of money. I love all the tycoon games, but this one is a little more special. September 11, 2012
Fun tycoon game worth trying I've only played the demo so far but I enjoyed it, it's a fun game. You have challenges which get progressively harder but so far not too bad, although it sounds like from other reviews they really get tough later on, which I like too. I like all the upgrade possibilities, and you have to watch the revenues on the movies and switch them up to keep earning. All in all a good tycoon game worth looking at. November 23, 2014
Above average I bought the game after hearing things about it. It's pretty short but overall well done. A lot of it is repetitive once you get into the story but for the $2 or so I paid for it (there was a deal on) it was worth it. For the full $10, it's not worth it because of the brevity of the game and the limited replay value. January 15, 2013
Hard Tycoon game It starts out easy and tons of fun. Though when you get to a point it's like unbeatable. Way to hard to play some levels in the game that you can't go on. I don't like that you can't reset a mission and have to go back through the whole game again to try and beat it. April 23, 2014
Great game..with few huge problems. Game is fun, no, game is very fun until there is need to restart a mission, then...disaster. You HAVE to continue playing until you go bankrupt. There is no "Restart Mission" button, instead you have to loan a lot of money and "forget" to pay back that money. In my case I wasn't blessed with option to loan money, so going to bankrupt was something to desire. At the end, I had to create new profile, and replay all previous missions (this must be some new way to extend game life.) There are few other problems like bank refuse credit even when you have plenty of money and no loans at all, customers getting robbed but you can't hire security until you have more than 4 screens, and game help is something that left to be desired (there is something called help, but it's not). My expectation for this game was not high and it was pleasant surprise until I needed to restart mission, then game forces me to fight with this lack of option trying to start mission and get back in fun zone...after hour of trying game won. Anyway, game, characters, story is fun, but that lack of Restart mission option leaves bitter taste about this game. November 8, 2012
