I agree with several of the others who reviewed the game. It is very hard to figure out the games. You never know what the outcome of the game should be and when you get stuck you get no help from the Hint screen. I liked the first ravenhearst but this one stinks. I will not get another one as it stands now. Boo Hiss.

Not as good as the earlier versions
I agree with most of the above reviewers. Not only was this game more expensive but no helpful walkthrough without purchasing it?? Come on :-( I should have stopped at the 60 minute preview of the game and not bought it. This morphing stuff is truly stupid. I can't tell ya how many times I clicked on something that was morphing and it didn't register so I thought I was wrong. Then I hit the hint and it was exactly what I was clicking on. I've been playing these games since the beginning and don't have any troubles clicking so it's not that. I would not recommend this game at all.

Difficult
Stuck in the basement and cannot figure out the path for the lights. Look for a walk through and Nada.

Very poor
I enjoy a challenge, however not looking to be frustrated. Once you get stuck, you just wander around where you have already been. There needs to be a hint for moving through the game, not just for the hidden picture sections. Wish I had read the list of awful reviews before I purchased!

Awesome
I've read some of the other reviews and wonder why most of the reviewers choose puzzle games. Most were whining about being stuck somewhere. If you have hit a wall, it's not the fault of the puzzle. I've done nearly a hundred puzzle games and Return to Ravenhearst has provided a higher level of difficulty than the others and solving the individual puzzles has been most gratifying. This game is not for the novice or idle player, but it's a blast for one who wants a challenge. Go For It!!

Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst
Returning to Ravenhearst may have been a mistake. Now I'll never escape and will be among the lost souls. Some areas are very difficult to get through. Must admit it's challenging. When making a wrong choice, I do enjoy the sense of humor in the statements listed on the screen.

Challenging and fun, but it could use more specific hints or clues for new comers to figure out the puzzles.

Don't get this game if you are looking for a no-brainer....lots of difficult puzzles to solve and a lot of retracing of steps...you can't forget what you have done or where you have been or you will be lost. Great Challange!

mystery case files return to ravenhearst
terrible cannot find helpeven in the forums and seems that it makes me feel stupid. I wish I could send it back. I don't buy manny but this was not worth the price. and I got it as a bonus

Nice role playing game
This was a real enjoyable game. Wasn't trying to set a record, just took time and went through it. It was relaxing and all the puzzles could be solved with logical thinking and using all things in books as a reference. and using pen and paper a couple of times. Great Game!
