Game with NO ending?
Okay I played this game twice in one day, yes one day, was so easy. Now I love these types of games. There could have been more things to upgrade, research, and explore. The sad part of this game was the ending, I sent my people home and all it said was .... " To Be Continued"?!?! Like seriously? what was the point of all of that? Hence why I played it twice to see if I done something wrong the first time round.. So sorry to say If I can play a game with little instrustions twice in a day, dosen't say much for the effort that was put into this one.. Shame could have been a good game, and hey you might like it, but please demo it first..
Cheers.. Kate.. Qld

Cute but not for me!
This is a cute game, but it's not a style of game play that I enjoy. You have to work through a number of characters, telling each individually what to do.
If you like Island Tribe, Farm Tribe etc you will enjoy this.

repetitious game with little to no challenge
When I started playing "Gemini Lost", I thought this game might be fun, but after having played it for several hours and finally completing it, I unfortunately have to give it a poor rating. The game is "cute", but otherwise not very engaging. The world you are in with your little people is all too small, and lacks surprise elements. This game is a cassical "building your society" game where you can specialize your workers and increase their skills. Each character comes with a preference regarding where to work (4 options) and whom to marry, according to their zodiac sign. I really liked that idea, but after some time it gets quite repetitious to drag a character on the chaptel and selecting a mate. I would have liked some more variances: It would be great if the characters would age (for example, someone being 85 years old at least having grey hair), but once they are 18, they don't change at all until they are dead. Also, a change between night and day would have been nice. It takes far too long to collect enough wood, stones and science points to move on, so you end up staring for long periods at your people with nothing to do - they feed themselves and go to bed when they are tired, so there is really nothing to do. There are some mine-games, but they are far in between and far too easy. The music is boring and too many characters look just like the next one - no plus points for sound and visuals from me either. No game for me, I'm sorry. You just stare too much at your characters who basically don't need you.

I love sim games and PlayFirst makes wonderfully fun games fairly consistently (like LifeQuest).
Perhaps I expected too much, but this game fell pitifully short. Everything seems to happen too easily and too quickly. There is no challenge in keeping everyone fed, for example. The potions made everything even easier, and there is no variety in the little people. They are often identical, if not merely similar to one another.
Overall, the game is boring.
