Just a fun little filler game
This was one of my 1st games. I loved the beautiful colors of the scenes and garden.
The graphics are lovely, the game play is fairly simple. You need to find about 20 to 25 items per play, earning money to repair your garden. There are no voice overs but the butler is a quirky little guy that's a lot of fun. This is a great game for a beginner, and a wonderful filler game for the more experienced.
You have the option of relaxed or timed mode which can increase the challenge a little. Your goal is to win the garden contest and you can take as long as you want. You can change your garden as often as you like or just start a new one. Either way it is a relaxing way to spend some time.

Fun!
Lots of levels, lots of rooms. Create a beautiful garden; you pick what it will look like! Good hints, like a camera... you find a camera hidden a room, click it and it will show you three objects you are looking for! Earn money, buy awesome items for your garden!

Addictive, relaxing game
Great fun, relaxing, and I do love creating the garden. (And playing in the garden, too.) Have played this for hours, and will for more. Objects to find shuffle and rearrange sufficiently that replays do not just become 'memory tests'. I do wish that there was more color, more choices, more interest in the garden beds themselves, and a bit less in the way of 'garden accessories'.... Ah, well. Can't have it all. Still love it, and have even enabled the screensaver option for the garden.

Do you like gardening?
Dont you ever get tired of missing brothers, fathers and grandfathers, that are archeologists and the female heroine is rushing around the world to find them? I get very tired and bored. So for me Gardenscapes is very refreshing. I still have to find things, but are rewarded with the chance of renovating a garden complete with butler and dog.The butler
is funny, the drawing and colors are good. A very nice timepass from Playrix, who knows how to entertain.

Loved Decorating the Garden
PLUS SIDE = This is a fun and easy-to-play Hidden Object game where you find items to sell in order to decorate your garden. You are assisted by a quirky butler, and his comments make the game fun and add to the game play. The scenes are bright and colorful, and fairly easy to see. If you like decorating thhings, you will enjoy this game. I have replayed many times and have redone my garden in a variety of styles.
MINUS SIDE = After playing this game over and over, you get to the point where there are no more new items to buy. Would like to see either a sequel to this game or the ability to buy more levels with different items in them.

Be a garden architect
There's dark, mysterious, hard hidden object games and then there's the fun, light ones that put a smile on your face throughout the game. Gardenscapes is the smile. This is a fairly quick hidden object game that doesn't frustrate the heck out of you as you're trying to progress and design a garden. There are a lot of distractions that keep this game so interesting and most importantly, plain fun. From the same makers of Farmscapes (see my review on that one), they have done everything right. Buy this game from BFG and you'll have a friend to rely on when things get slow or the winter drags on. You'll love it. Mine will get worn out from all the playing.

Really Fun HOG
Nice break from the HOG adventures. Hard to stop playing one you start. Don't start close to bedtime. you will be tired in the morning.

fun object finding garden creating game
I love this game in this game you find hidden objects that people would like to buy and if you cant find an object you can sometimes find cameras that show you where they are or sometimes you find a thermometer that plays ou hot and cold you earn money when you sell items. the more you sell the more beutiful your garden will look...

The garden design is what makes this rock
The mansion is having a "jumble" sale in 15 different rooms/areas, and you are looking for objects requested by customers. The graphics are good, but still you'll probably need to use hints to find some objects. I had fun using two novel tools -- hidden cameras and thermometers --, and in most scenes, they are really hidden. If you can find either, the camera flash provides a very quick glance at where some of the hidden objects are located. The thermometer clue will heat up by various degrees as you approach a HO. But you've got to be quick because both tools only last seconds.
The real standout of this game is the part where you design a fabulous garden from one in shambles, encouraged by a helpful butler. You get to play with designing an animated fountain, pond, bridge, putting green, flower beds, shrubs, fruit trees, gazebo, walkway pavers, fencing, porch upgrades, and more. There's so much to do...and not one weed to pull.
