Nancy Drew: The Final Scene
I Loved this game!
This one I thought the whole game was a time challenge, but I was wrong. In fact, playing it is a really good idea.
The kidnapping story line is great and the characters choices are soooooooooooo good (even if they are annoying).
I totally LOVED playing it.

The Final Scene
This game is the best old Nancy Drew game. The characters are interesting and there is only one character you can say isn't the culprit. The plot is excellent, the setting is great, and the music isn't to bad either. The one problem is the length: it is short.

Great game for Nancy Drew newbies...
I am new to this game series and have only played about 5 games so far, but this was the one I enjoyed the most and found the least frustrating. People who are more experienced with these games may find the Final Scene to be too easy, but I found it to be the perfect level of challenge. This is the 2nd Nancy Drew game I ever played, the first one I played was The Secret of Shadow Ranch and that game was too hard for me and I ended up using a walkthrough to get through most of it. I did have to use a walkthrough a little bit with the Final Scene (I am new to both Nancy Drew and adventure games so I was still getting acclimated), but I was able to figure out most of the game without a walkthrough's help, and that felt good.
Not only is this a good game for Nancy Drew beginners, but it also has a great story and fun characters to talk to. There does seem to be less puzzles than in other Nancy Drew games, but that did not get in the way of my enjoyment. I liked the story and the location I was exploring so much, that I hardly noticed the lack of puzzles. I do have a bias to old movie houses, since I used to work in one, and I've had a long time interest in Harry Houdini, who is referenced in this story, so my personal interests definitely seemed to have to do with why I liked the story so much. But, if you are unsure if you will like the story, there is a free trial of the game, so you can try it out before you buy.
Overall, it's a great game for Nancy Drew newbies, which I highly recommend. It might not be so great for more experienced players, but they can take advantage of the free trial and find out if it is. Happy Sleuthing!

This one was great!
This ND game was excellent! I had a lot of fun playing it. Although i accidentally deleted all my progress when i was almost done.:( that made the second attempt a little more frustrating. There werent that many puzzles come to think of it. this was one had a lot of find the hidden object kind of thing. I was disapointed who the bad guy was though. There is a twist that is very unexpected and nice to have. this game had a lot of secret passages and the location was very cool. I honestly found that this game is very inspiring. Lots of parts make you jump. This game was super fun and so intriguing! i hope you liked it as much as i did!!!!:)

Fun Nancy Drew Game!
Rating 4.4 for a Nancy Drew Game
If you have not played a Nancy Drew game, be sure to play the trial version before buying this game because ND games are different from most Big Fish games. There were only a few puzzles in the entire game and no HOs. There is a lot of talking to the same suspects over and over again and you have to think about their responses and the evidence you've gathered in repetitive room searches in order to proceed with the game. If you are playing a ND for the first time, I'd advise playing as a 'Junior Detective' in order to get hints from Nancy's friends when you telephone them. And, as another reviewer noted, you have to keep your own notes in a ND game.
For people who like ND games, this one was fun! I enjoyed playing it. It is one the early ND games so it was less polished and had fewer puzzles, but it had an interesting story and group of suspects, and the scene of the crime was limited to a theatre which decreased the number of rooms to be revisited. It also had hidden passageways-- always a plus! I played the game as a 'Senior Detective' but had to search online for a strategy-guide hint twice. Otherwise, it was a fairly easy game, good length, and has a great adrenaline rush at the end...thank goodness for the 'Second Chance' option!
I would definitely recommend this game to any Nancy Drew game fan.

Race against Time!
Again, one of the best 'old' ND games. I like how Nancy's urgency in finding her friend in this game. The characters are unique, with interesting personality, not very likeable, but making it difficult to predict who is the real culprit. Being an old game, the game is long and have quite a few places to explore. Play this game and you'll see what I mean^^

Hard but good
It was harder than the first 4, I had to get a friend to help me as you need to do certain tasks to trigger events to move the story on, but once I got going I really enjoyed it, the ending is heart pumping!!
