Fiction Fixers: Alice in Wonderland
What casual gaming is all about!
Sometimes the challenge level of hidden object/puzzle games can get kind of intense. And sometimes all you want to do is have a good time and not resort to a walk-through because you have been looking at the same puzzle for an hour and getting growly about it. This game is very casual but a nice pleasant story line to follow. I had a great and relaxing time playing this game. I do hope this game series continues for a while. Finish time was little under 4 hours.

Lewis Carroll would be impressed
Fiction Fixers I thought at the start was just a kids game, but as I got further into the game I found it quite enjoyable. The dialogue required a bit of reading and the voice overs were what you would expect from an Alice in Wonderland rendition. The plot is a typical A in W tale with the difference that the heros are trying to out-do the evil Illerati later known as Victor Vile and his devilish antics to try and ruin the age old story. The puzzles and mini games are many and varied with hardly any two the same. Bouncing lobsters, rotating key holes and many others to test your skills. The hidden objects range from standard hos some of which are rather challenging to gleaning objects from other locations and transferring into the game for more needed impements.
A typical kids game with a difference that will also hold the interest of the adults. A good buy.

Enjoyable for all ages
I enjoyed playing this with my 9 year old and 4 year old. I found it challenging enough to hold my attention...yet not to hard for my 9 yr old to play on her own.

They done Lewis Carroll proud
All of Wonderland citizens and events are there, and what a goofy looking bunch. The mingames are all related to the story (making the lobsters jump inot the sea is a riot).
The challenge is not that great. But you are having such a good time that you do not care. You just want to see more of Wonderland.
There is little problem with backtracking since the designed the areasa as spokes of a wheel, and you do not revist much until at the end. And then you are thrust where there is no map... but then only two areas to cover..

Fun without High Challenge
The visuals are lovely here, and the gameplay is varied and fun. However, it isn't a good game for hard-core adventure gamers looking for a challenge--the puzzles are straightforward and the game provides a lot of "sparkle-guidance." My 8-year-old loved playing it and didn't need much or any help. A good game when you aren't looking for a brain-workout.

Great game for ages 12 and under, kind of boring for adults
I've never left a review before but felt the need to do so with this one. The story is very much like the classic tale with a very very small twist. I found a lot of the mini games to be challenging, but not so hard that you need a skip or a hint. I played it with my 9 year old daughter and she loved it, and I on the other hand was very bored with it but finished it with her because she loves playing the hidden object games with me, and found this one to be her favorite since it's very cartoon-like. We finished the entire game in just a few minutes over 3 hours, as it tells you how long your game play is. The HOS were nice and neat and some were pretty difficult, as it only showed a small bit of an object halfway off the screen. The voice overs were cute, but without mouth movement, and all scenes were pictures, there wasn't any movement. I read the reviews on this game and bought it because of the reviews, which I felt to be a little misleading. If you're going to get this game, use it as your free game, do not purchase it. I don't hardly ever use the one hour trial first when I choose a game because I feel it just takes up unnecessary room on my computer, so if I think a game looks good and has good reviews, I buy the game. This is a game I wish I would've used the hour trial, because I wouldn't have wasted my money. As I said before, this is definitely a game for a child, and not an adult, you will find it very boring, and like I said, we finished it in a little over 3 hours.
