Nice sequel ! Good "match 2" solitaire game, there is no additional gameplay, just solitaire. So will be good for those who wants classic gameplay July 30, 2015
Awesome Game deserves 5 stars! I really enjoyed this game it is a bit challenging and beautiful graphics. I don't know why people gave it such a low rating. You must try it yourself and decide! August 8, 2015
Pirate's Solitaire 3 I disagree with the overall rating because it a great game in the series July 31, 2015
Matching Solitaire With Very Few Matches Available I love solitaire, but this type of solitaire is my least favorite. The goal of this game is to remove two of the same cards regardless of suit, NOT a higher/lower solitaire game. The reason I only gave this game 3 stars was because there are so few available matches that it's almost impossible to receive a perfect score. In fact, I replayed each hand several times attempting to get a perfect score, but no matter how many times I replayed the hand, I couldn't get enough matching cards to achieve this. I gave up replaying and just hit the continue button for each hand, and at the end of the 10 game level, I didn't have enough cards to progress to the next level or deck, what fun is that? I love a challenge, but...... There are 12 different card designs, and 3 different face cards available within the settings option. You receive 1 point for removing cards, which also fills the multiplier bar for extra points. Some of the cards are bonus card which have more points or bonuses to help you win. You will automatically win the hand if you remove all of the Gold cards, even if regular cards remain on the board. You can use the money you earn in the shop to purchase Joker cards (wild cards) Shuffles and mulligans which are undos. In the event of a perfect score, the points you earned on that level will be added to the next hand. Perhaps you'll have better luck winning at least a few levels, than I did. I just don't think it's much fun when you can't win because there's never any available matches. July 29, 2015
Why a 3rd one? Love card game. Always looking for a GREAT card game. Gave it 3 stars. I liked it. Not bad for a match card game. Jewel Quest Solitaire and Fairway still the BESTEST of them all. Help me to understand why a 3rd game was created when the first and 2nd didnt have good review. A nice card gme when ssomeone wants a nice and easy game to play July 29, 2015
Pirate's Solitaire 3 I agree that their are not enough matches, it is hard to get a perfect score. But I love solitaire games, this one seems no different than the other 2. It is a challenge for me to complete a game without using knock out cards, which I like. July 30, 2015
monotonous Thought I would try this after the reviews being so mixed. All was fine in Junior mode rather than Pro mode, until I got to level 8 - tried about 11 times & still didn't get anywhere The cards seem to replace removed cards with the same ,& some numbers seem to turn up far too frequently = frustrating & monotonous, hence the no progress factor . Finally gave up & tried level 9, with very few of the above & so I succeeded, then the game ended. My average of collecting the gold cards, despite all this, was 4/5, so not so bad considering. But this game is one I would not go back to . I have plenty of other solitaire games, that are much the same or better August 4, 2016
Yo Ho Ho Matey Yep, 'yo ho ho' and that's about as pirate-y as this game gets. You would think after the first two installments of this series, the developers would read at least a few reviews and try to improve on things. Sadly, that does not happen with Pirate's Solitaire 3. I actually love a good solitaire game but there is little challenge involved with this one. All you do is find pairs. Level after level of finding pairs. There are a few powerups but they're really not needed -- and after playing a few levels, I really didn't care. Graphics are very flat and cartoon-like and contrary to the game's description, there is no naval battle and I never saw Treasure Island. There are so many good solitaire games available here on Big Fish. I recommend you pass on this one. July 29, 2015
Could not get matches Although it has only been a week, I can't remember Pirate's Solitaire 2 well enough to really compare (and I had run the time out). But I could not get matches in Pirate Solitaire 3. I think there must not be enough cards turned up. As with Pirate Solitaire 2, you match two cards, like two Kings, to remove them. I said it was "mildly amusing" in Pirate Solitaire 2, and I played until I ran the time out. But here, I could not get very many matches, so I quit after 25 minutes. It was no fun. It kept telling me I had found special cards, but I never got any more mulligans or reshuffles and only one joker after I spent all the good cards I stored up during the tutorial. Oh, yes, the music is as terrible as in the last game. Turn it off. And this time I didn't like the sound effects, either. Or maybe they are the same, but I was just annoyed by the inability to get matches so it made the sound effects seem worse. July 29, 2015
Same old game Nothing new here, same game play. I will not be buying this game already have 2 like this. July 29, 2015
