Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally! It is very exciting to see this evolution of casual gaming. This game is excellent and has a lot of original aspects incorporated in the gameplay -- and yet I think we are just beginning to tap into these new possibilities; I really look forward to what the future will bring from developpers such as Mad Head and Goblinz. Guys, you're on the right track, keep it up! The story is interesting, well told and well tied together. Loved how the bonus chapter tied into the main game. This type of game is the answer to a longtime wish of mine, a casual game (ie a game that does not require a controller to be played, as I find myself unable to manage that unfortunately) that actually has some intensity to it and does not feel like a game for little kids. I am so fed up with fairy tales, princesses, cute fuzzy friends and pretty flowers and gems... Enough! Anyway, back to this game: Different styles of HOG scenes, collectibles to find, morphing items = all good things. Offering the player a choice as to what action to take next when faced with a specific situation is an fun idea --- maybe something to develop further. Fighting off evil beings (as in hitting them to make them let go of you) is also a fun twist, something unusual in casual games. The puzzles are good, a little bit on the easy side sometimes --- I would like to see integrated in this type of game puzzles that are more like the "door puzzles" of the Mystery Case Files series. And then there is the sense of adventure-survival-horror: YEAH! Finally! Really liked this game, as well as Maze: The Broken Tower (Mad Head also) and True Fear: Forsaken Souls (Goblinz). More of these please, and keep developping in that direction, this is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I love HOGs which challenges your intelligence. This game does that. Along with that it has an awesome story also. This game and facility 47 are must for serious HOG lovers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Creepy psycho thriller fun! To all you one-star rating people, shame on you. Right from the beginning you were all warned this was a psycho thriller which always means there WILL be blood and such. So your low rating is not fair. With that said, Maze Subject 360 has to be one of the best games I have ever played. In fact, I played it in one sitting because I just couldn't tear myself away from it. Everything was top notch -- the eerie music, sound effects, realistic graphics and a storyline that hooked me immediately. I really hope we see a sequel of some sort, and a special shout out to this developer who gave us a game geared for thinking adults. I'm just so tired of fairy monster hunters chasing aliens with their sidekick talking cats. Maze Subject 360 was a refreshing change!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BRAINTEASER OR BRAINTWISTER? I just finished playing the demo and thought it quite an interesting game. It does have it moments that would and could make someone with a nervous disposition what to jump and run and hide. However, I guess I am made of stronger stuff. I liked the effects that were created in this game as in the other Maze games I have played. It has that certain good looks of deterioration and decay, although a little paint and some curtains wouldn't go astray. The young girl REALLY needs a timeout and some major pyschotherapy. THE emphasis on therapy not pyscho, she definitely has enough of that to go round in spades. The storyline is a battle of wits of evil versus good between the little pyscho-puppy and Subject 360. It is a test of fear and a battle of wills to see who is the strongest of the two. Is it all a dream? Is Subject 360 in a coma due a car accident with a deer, or is she in some kind of alternate reality? Who knows? I did have a bit of laugh at one point which I enjoyed and thought the humour was very dry, but natural. It had to do with a windup doll with no hair. I won't say anymore, I will leave it up to the other players to decide. Like the other games in this series Subject 360 has a sense of the macabre, just the right amount of fear factor and a sense of having to look over your shoulder the whole time. Just stay strong and one step ahead of yourself and maybe you will make it through. Or will you? A brilliant game.
