Immortal Love: Blind Desire Collector's Edition is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always, forever This story gets even more emotional and moving from title to title. A beautiful and even delicate storyline that must conquer its past and then darkness. Some of the puzzles, like the one with the horse and the candies, are just a beauty brainer. You get to collect candles in all sorts of forms. Loved it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Bought this Game and Played it and had Fun I really like how girly this is. Hearts, Flowers, Swans, Jewelry, Fountains, Gardens, Dollhouse and dolls. Nice grounds and mansion. While the mansion is crumbling it's not devoid of color. True Love and Kindness. Cute little gremlin like creatures. The gameplay seemed smooth. Not super hard puzzles, which I liked most of them. Especially the petal flower puzzle, mapping the boat, circle that creates a picture of a item when turned, horse that you have to pick up everything on the board and connecting similar items together to fill in all squares. I counted 10 Hops in the main game and 6 in the Bonus. 5 Chapters + Bonus. 22 Collectible candles which are in neat shapes like swans, people, animals, fruit etc. has indicator if you need to find in scene and you can go back in the end if you miss one. Replay 10 hops and 15 mini-games. 6 music tracks, 7 wallpapers, 4 screen savers, 20 movies which I really like. Achievements. I do use screen savers and wallpapers some times. No Morphs, but wish they had. The graphics could use some work. The opening scene is the worst. Blurry on my HD 1080p monitor. The people look plastic in the opening scene. A few other places are blurry too but not all the time, just in places. Be warned- there are notes and lots of video, which I like. I like to know the story. I Love movies. Revenge- I'd like to know what game out there is so virtuous? Come on, it's a game. The picture you paint is not like the ones you have done before. You can't chose the paint color, it's just on your brush and the brown-tan looking color that I couldn't figure out right away is flesh tone. You don't have a brush until you move towards the painting. I would of like to of seen the other person that was written about. (It's later in the story)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Great Game by 4Friends First, this developer has moved to being my favorite. All of their games are engaging and the cut scenes are very well done and this is one of the best yet in those areas. Most of the other developers should take their cue from these guys. I bought the game and I'm about one hour into it. I haven't regretted so far and so no reason that I will. Graphics are on the order of what I personally require for a 5 star game. (I don't give 4 or 5 star ratings very often.) Based on all of this. I recommend this game. But each person is different, so I always suggest trialing before buying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun to play Ursula is one jealous , evil ex bride. She is full of hate and wants nothing more than to destroy your happiness. On your wedding day, she takes your love hostage and casts a spell on you. To save yourself and the love of your life; you have to defeat her magic. Really fun to play. I played about 1/ 3 of the trial and bought the game . It is the perfect game for a relaxing Sunday afternoon. It is not difficult at all and of course, you can choose from 4 levels of challenges. It might be that the storyline is more on the girly side , but just see for yourself. I go back to my game; wanted to get rid of a bridezilla for a long time !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Revenge Of The Heartbroken Sorceress! It starts out happily, then suddenly Ursula crashes the festivities and gets crazy. The angry sorceress puts a slow death curse on Tess, the new bride, and kidnaps the groom. He is Count Darren Gray whom Ursula is blaming for the death of her fiancé, Oliver. He and Darren were boar hunting and Oliver was accidently killed. Tess is no cream puff and she is out to rescue her husband! Nothing can stop her or scare her off from what I have seen in the demo. Ursula has some mean tricks up her sleeve and some devilish minions to do her dirty work. One of them is especially irritating! When the demo stopped, Tess and Ursula's father were at sea, on their way to rescue Darren. The action was good so far with some adventure thrown in for good measure. The graphics were gorgeous, colors were beautiful, interesting scenery. I thought the voiceovers were excellent. The game had no helpers in the demo, but did have a very useful tool that came in handy during my allotted time. I had fun with the puzzles, they were not very difficult. The HOGs were especially well done and interactive. None of them were tucked away in irritating little hiding places, but were still hidden enough to create a nice little challenge. And I didn't have to deal with an overload of locks and keys during my 90 minutes. Seems like this will be a very good game and not slow-pokey like a lot of them are. Should be good entertainment for everyone, and fun for all levels of players with the 4 game modes that are available. I really enjoyed the demo. Would love to see Ursula and Tess go at it, both being so uptight over the dire situation in both their lives. Being a Club Member, I will wait for a better sale to come along before purchasing. Looking forward to a worthwhile game! Faith....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from “THE BRIDE” VERSUS THE “KILLA BRIDEZILLA” IN A WWE (WACKY WEDDING EVENTS) GRUDGE MATCH 6 Chapters plus a Bonus Chapter OVERVIEW: Looking for a game with picture perfect wedding full of hearts, flowers, birds chirping and connubial bliss? Well not in this game! Get ready for a showdown – a true grudge match! Here comes “Killa Bridezilla” Ursula, a slightly deranged woman to take on newlyweds, Tess and Darren on their wedding day. She is bitter and blames the death of her fiancé during a hunting accident on his friend, Darren Gray. Now she out for revenge. Being a sorceress, she kidnaps Darren and puts a curse on Tess, fating her to a slow death. You, as Tess must now stop her vindictiveness. This is a decent game with a twist of humor on the side. The story is interesting, the pace is excellent with a variety of activities to perform. The only negative I found in the game are the graphics. I feel the graphics are blurry in some places and some characters look plastic. It should appeal to the hopeless romantics out there along with those who love easy-breezy games. The only collectible are candles. I usually hate this developer’s games due to their excessive use of helpers. However, there are NONE in this game (at least in the demo.) However, there are some comical imps. With the imps within the game and a decent story, I find it one I will purchase as an SE. ZAP THOSE IMPS! This game could have evolved into a melodramatic soap opera; however, it is saved by some comic relief - the inclusion of some adorable grumpy fur balls – imps. I love these critters! These little fur balls add a touch of humor to an otherwise saccharine filled game. Instead of some prancing helper, the game is infested with adorable, grumpy imps which you must eliminate. You use an amulet charged by Ursula’s good memories to get rid of some of these little fur balls. At times, you also zap them physically such as hitting them on the head with a shoe and a flowerpot or using a slingshot to smack them off a ship. Humorous! FAVORITE SCENE: You play tic-tac-toe with an imp. He is such a brat! He laughs at you if you lose. However, it is impossible to win this game and eventually the computer allows you to win to move on in the game. This scene is priceless! HOP SCENES: There are two types within the demo – lists of items and storybook scenes. There are only four in the demo and in the storybook scenes, you either locate items listed in bold letters or search for a specific item on each page of a book. They are somewhat interactive and one of them in the demo has a puzzle within it. PUZZLES: The puzzles are all easy. Many of them have two or three instances of the same puzzle. Supposedly the subsequent ones intensify in difficulty; however, I found all of them easy. The puzzles include a checkers puzzle in which you use two different colored hearts to jump over each other until only one remains. There is also a sequence puzzle involving removal of boards in order, a shooting puzzle to zap a baddie, a rotating rings puzzle to restore a picture, a maze puzzle to navigate a ship and a connection puzzle in which you must not only connect two like tokens, but fill in all the spaces as well. LEVELS: Casual, Advanced, Expert, Custom Hints: 10 to 180 seconds Skips: 10 to 320 seconds EXTRAS: Map is provided as you play the game Amulet to overcome evil creatures You charge it with Ursula’s good memories. 27 Achievements (some with 3 parts) Collect 22 candles (you get a sidebar to indicate if there are any candles within the scene). Replay HOP scenes and puzzles 7 Wallpapers, 20 Concept Art, 4 Screensavers, Music, Movies HERE ARE THE DETAILS (SPOILERS) FOR THOSE WANT MORE INFORMATION ON THE HOP SCENES AND PUZZLES IN SEQUENCE HOP SCENES: To charge the amulet -locate Ursula’s good memories. (2X in the demo) (A) List of items. (B) List of items (C) Storybook with items listed in BOLD letters. (D) Storybook. Locate a specific number of one item within the pages of the book. PUZZLES: They are all easy A. Checkers puzzle. On a jewelry box with hearts, use the hearts to jump over other hearts so that only one remains. 2X B. Sequence puzzle. Remove beams in sequential order by hitting some nasty imps over the head with a shoe to remove them. C. Physical puzzle. Shoot a gun to kill a baddie by clicking on a sliding bar when the it reaches a yellow area. D. Sequence puzzle. On a board beginning with green, and red pegs (adding a color on the subsequent turns, controlled by two to four colored rings, lower three tokens to slots at the bottom. You must alternate between the rings to get all the tokens to the bottom. 3X E. Rotating rings puzzle. Rotate rings to reproduce a picture on a box. F. Map puzzle. Move a ship on a map stopping only when you come to a rock. Lead the ship to the exit on the right of the map by maneuvering through the rocks. 2X G. Tic-Tac-Toe. Play with an imp to win. Eventually you will win. H. Connection puzzle. Connect sets of tokens so that all spaces within the grid are filled. You get more tokens as you proceed to the successive levels. 3X

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HEARTS AND ROSES, WITH A MISGUIDED SORCERESS THROWN IN FOR GOOD MEASURE ALL ADD UP TO A FUN GAME! Count Darren Gray has fallen in love and Tess has now agreed to become his wife. No sooner have the vows been said and the couple is blissfully celebrating than an old enemy makes an appearance disrupting the nuptials and promising to exact revenge on the Count. We soon learn that Ursula, a sorceress blames Count Gray for the death of her beloved and now she is going to see that he suffers as she has. Ursula curses Tess with a slow and painful death, and as she and her henchmen kidnap the Count she swears that before he dies, he will know the same pain that she has felt she has felt. Now it is up to you to save your beloved but it definitely won’t be easy. Graphics are absolutely gorgeous. I am simply a hopeless romantic at heart and this game has it all for me. The voiceovers are very good as is the familiar Immortal Love soundtrack although it does seem a bit repetitious at times. Even with its minor faults I still love the Immortal Love series and have all of the games that have been released. The game offers four modes of gameplay including Casual, Advanced, and Custom. The custom mode allows you to change various setting and to set the hints in a range of 10 to 120 seconds and the skips between 10 to 320 seconds. The interactive map is present at the beginning of the game. You acquire another tool a bit into the game and it will help you get rid of various roadblocks and annoyances. I don’t want to say too much about it because it is more fun if you discover it and its uses for yourself. HOPS are interactive and very well-designed, and although there is some variety they are mostly the list type that is my favorite. The HOPS are gorgeous and the items are for the most part easy to find without going blind or needing a magnifying glass. The Puzzles are familiar and some are very easy such as the first one in the game where you remove pieces from a jeweled case. No matter how easy or challenging, I happen to enjoy most of the puzzles that are included in HOPA games and know that I can expect a lot of entertainment over the next several hours. The overall gameplay is a bit easy but there were times I wasn’t quite sure what to do or what item I should use to move forward. The CE version of the game includes collectible candles and morphing objects to find, there are achievements to earn, wallpapers, screensavers concept artwork, music, movies, replay of HOPS and Puzzles, a Bonus Chapter, and a Strategy Guide. Yes, I know that most of the games in this series, as are most games to be honest, very much alike. I agree that we have played this same theme a hundred or more times in the past but keep in mind that not all gamers are as addicted to HOPA games as are many of us who have been playing games in this genre for many, many years. To gamers who are new the theme might still be very interesting and still have a lot of appeal. Yes I have encountered sorcerers, evil entities, black smoke, broken zipper pulls, and all of those things that seem to irritate gamers who have been there and seen it all before. That being said, I still am a hopeless fan of the genre and can generally find something that I love in most HOPA games. What I really like about this series is the underlying love story theme – where love will seemingly conquer all. As I said earlier, I am a hopeless romantic and hope to be until the day I leave this world and start a new adventure. As far as I am concerned this developer does a wonderful job with presenting their love stories and most of their games. So today I am very happy that I can immerse myself in a love story with a sorceress and other unknown roadblocks to wedded bliss thrown into the mix. I have no doubt that at the end of the day, true love will overcome all and we will have a happy ending.
