Doodle God Fantasy World of Magic 2.3 5 10 10
Doodle God Fantasy World of Magic Another great game to play and this really got me thinking about things. One great game to play if you are fed up of other games and you want a change September 6, 2016
Doodle God With Just A Touch Of Magic I totally get this puzzle game, that also offers Hidden Object games to unlock. One type of HOP, I thought was very unique, challenging and entertaining. There are the usual listed items to find as well as silhouetted shape finds, the third type is something I have never seen done before. Two icons are shown that require you to either find the object of which the two pictures would produce if combined ( such as fire and a bird=a phoenix) or the missing object could be one of the two elements before the equation ( Blank and seeds=a tree) The HO's however are unlocked during the main game which has nothing to do with Hidden Objects. There are three different categories, the Stone age, the Middle Ages and the Modern age. To advance you must combine different Elements starting with the basics, Earth, Water, Fire and Air, and this time, a little dab of magic, to evolve and make over a hundred different elements. If you combine two correct elements, you will receive a sub-category, those sub-categories can then be combined with other elements to make even more elements. Eventually you will create all kinds of fantasy based items such as Angels, Demons, and yes, even Zombies! You can use the points earned to purchase three different types of hints-one that shows you elements that could be used-one that shows you two groups where elements will react-and one that will automatically perform 1 random reaction. You can also earn bonuses that will help you such as a bonus that will eliminate all unnecessary elements. You can earn Achievements or awards, and eventually unlock Quests or mini games along with the Hidden Object puzzles. This is a simple game, but I enjoyed the challenge of figuring out which two elements to combine, especially when trying to discover a specific element to complete a task. There's no penalty for combining incorrectly, and sometimes you are plain old surprised when two random elements produce a new element. I think I actually preferred the Doodle God without the fantasy aspect because it really was like creating everything from...In the beginning, enjoy! September 6, 2016
I Like It I enjoyed this game enough to purchase it after the demo-albeit with a free game coupon. Yes the instructions are minimal & the goals rather vague-but if you are a god creating a new universe from scratch who is there to give you instructions or explain goals??? I found the challenge & uncertainty stimulating & fun. The HOS are used to earn mana to buy a variety of hints-you can repeat them as often as you like so it becomes easier & easier to buy the hints. The hints vary and I found a couple more useful than others-but that may depend on your problem solving approach. With BFG offering an endless series of very similar HOGs, I found it refreshing to find something different to play. As always do the free trial & decide for yourself. September 5, 2016
Random clicking with no end in sight. The instructions are not really clear on this one. In this game, you have to combine elements to create new elements. To start with, it's fairly easy, for instance combine earth and water to make swamp etc. The game quickly became boring as not all the combinations are obvious or even vaguely what you think they might be so you just end up trying them all. This can be mind-numbingly repetetive and tedious. There are hints to help and you can buy more with coins you earn in extremely basic hidden object scenes (only available after you have discovered so many elements) I couldn't see where this game was going and I quickly grew bored of the combining elements and hidden object aspects. Maybe it gets better if you can stand it past half an hour. I couldn't and I have no regrets. September 6, 2016
Instructions would be nice. Barely any instructions or tutorial. It was just like randomly clicking two things to see if you could make something new. With a couple hidden object scenes thrown in between levels just in case we haven't seen enough of those already. Couldn't even finish demo. Not fun and the only challenge is figuring out what is the point. Seemed really random to me. September 5, 2016
I suggest you try this game. Although I did not enjoy this game, nor understand what I was supposed to do; some of you fishies might get it. I was hoping to use one of my punches - NOT going to happen. September 5, 2016
Just pointless The game consists of randomly clicking on one of these and one of those icons to see whether anything happens. If it does, you are rewarded with a hidden object game followed by another variation and another variation. That part was OK, but the random clicking to create 200 elements? I think I created something like 6 in 30 minutes and I suspect the total number of elements is closer to 20. I just couldn't figure out why I was clicking on things. The game did not seem to have a strategy. September 11, 2016
Just didn't know what to do with this! Honestly, I think this COULD have been a very clever game had it been designed differently and with a bit more expense. I see a couple of others liked it, but I just didn't have the patience to figure it out what in the world I was supposed to do. First, the graphics are terribly hand-drawn and cartoony. That automatically is a big put-off for me. Next, there were no instructions and no goals -- only a bunch of poorly drawn icons that were slightly animated. Maybe this type of game is popular in Russia, where it was designed, but any "game" that gets me frustrated right from the beginning is not worth my time or the aggravation. Kudos to those who felt Doodle God deserved such a high star rating. But I play games to be entertained and this was one game that didn't qualify. September 6, 2016
Not worth the effort. I don't usually write reviews, only if the game is exceptional will I bother. This one is certainly exceptional, exceptionally bad! I understood what I was supposed to be doing, I just couldn't figure out why I was doing it. There seemed to be no point, just repetition. I lasted 5 minutes before deleting it, 5 minutes I will never get back. September 9, 2016
Just plain weird Deleted after a short trial - I thought it was pointless and boring. September 7, 2016
