Making and Selling Potions in Match 3 Time Management Game! I was surprised how much I actually enjoyed this game given that I do not like time management games - and don't think that little tidbit of information was indicated on the game description page - lol. You have graduated potion academy (or whatever the school is called) and now are a mage of alchemy in your own right. It's time to get those clients coming to your home. You start off with a very good tutorial. It teaches you how to bring a client into your home/office, find out what ails him/her, diagnose which potion they need, put the ingredients together to make it and FINALLY start the match 3 game. That sounds like a lot but you'll get the hang of it very quickly. The match 3 part of the game is just any other match 3 game - match 3 or more like items and they will form little bubbles .... pop. This is the 2nd easiest part of the game. The easiest part of the game is when you have to buy upgrades. Just click on "buy recommended upgrades" and you will never have to ponder those decisions again - and maybe make a wrong decision for your shop. The upgrades just show up in your shop in terms of wall hangings, rugs, new potions and ingredients and so on - BEST feature of this game. Again, except for the time management aspect of the game (there is a relaxed mode of play and a challenge mode), this would have been a buy for me. But, even on relaxed I felt pressured and stressed and that's not why I buy games. I do, however, encourage everyone to try this game. it's fun, the background music soothing, and even the popping of the match 3s is enjoyable. Who knew? Happy Gaming! July 19, 2014
something different In this gameplay you have to make different potions for clients from ingredients on a match 3 board. You actually determine which icons are in play from the recipe by throwing them into a pot while the patient waits. Then you click the pot and you go to a different screen to play the M3. It is a different way of matching because the ingredients don't fall off board but are encased in bubbles which will gradually disappear so you can use them again. When you collected the proper amount of each ingredient the potion will flash and you can minimize the board. Your potion will be on table to serve patient. If you have another client needing the same potion you can just click pot and continue making another one. But if you need a different potion you close out M3 board and click new ingredients to throw into pot. You can also throw in old potions not needed to get their ingredients added to your new potion. One thing odd is you also will get customers while you are busy cooking in the M3 field so you have to interrupt making a potion to let the customer in door. BUT DON'T CLOSE OUT THE ROOM JUST MINIMIZE IT, or you will have to start making it all over from scratch. It is a little quirky and different so you might enjoy it if you get the hang of it. There is plenty of upgrades and stuff to help gameplay like increasing customer patience. It seemed like a really good different game but I had no patience with it because whenever I was making a potion without warning the M3 field would close and no potion was on table so I had to start from scratch again, Oh boy did that get the customers mad. Maybe I ran out of time to make it ? There is replay if you lose too many customers or you can replay level to get better score and items the customers give you for payment. February 1, 2016
fun easy this one is pretty simple but fun. you make potions according to you customers orders. you switch back and forth between screens to serve multiple customers. the free trial went by very fast, i didn't have the sound on so I can't tell you about that but the visual was good. it does get a little harder as you go along but won't be that challenging for an ace player. D+ to C -- Game I cannot recommend this game in any capacity other than for the fact that I like the idea of mixing TM with another genre. The best I can say is to try it for yourself ot see that its not the most polished you'll ever see.... January 19, 2015
