Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 102.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from WONDERFUL EYE CANDY This game has some of the most beautiful graphics I have seen in a long time. Nothing dark or dreary about this game, even though the storyline has car wrecks, evil doers and a centuries-old "genie in the bottle (box)". During the demo, I played HOS, Match 3 and other puzzles. The pace of the game was great, with something different to do at every turn. Hints are available, though I didn't have to use any during the time I played, so I can't say how good they work. There is no map, but a compass button that will show you the various places available to go to in any given scene. There is a journal that contains 3 sections; Help, To Do List and the story. I played with the tutorial, which was excellent. A definite buy for me and I'm looking forward to playing it again.,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY GLAD I BOUGHT IT I almost didn't even demo this game. Glad I did. It's quite different. Objects are hidden in the environments. Puzzles vary in complexity and reward you if no hints are used. Story is terrific - you have your friend to save plus you have your inhabitant of your puzzle box to free from his capture. Good graphics and good production values.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review of Finished Game This is a Puzzle game. There are only 5 buildings and only several rooms in each building, so not much wandering. It's basically puzzle after puzzle with a little inventory finding and use inbetween. This is exactly the kind of game I love. The puzzles aren't hard, but not insultingly easy, either. The instructions are hidden so you can make it harder by not looking at them. There are several hint buttons on the puzzles if you just want a little nudge instead of skipping them. I never needed more than one hint. The story is a continuation of the first game, The Riddle Box. I love the story, I love the characters, I love everything about this game. If you don't care for puzzles I don't think you will like this game, but if you're a puzzle lover like me I highly recommend it. It has a decent length, I would estimate between 3 and 5 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you want the rest of the story... Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice does continue where Tiger Eye: The Riddle Box left off, but with less interaction between Hari and Dela. It does have a satisfying conclusion, and both games follow the book fairly well. If you'd like to know the whole story, however (with a LOT more details--nudge, nudge, wink-wink), read the book by Marjorie M. Liu entitled just Tiger Eye. It covers both games. This was her first novel, but she's written several more in this series, although the main characters are different. I loved both games, but truly enjoyed the book and highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love It ! I love this game, I love the story ! I read the book and adored reason of more of to play it with pleasure! Diagrammatically, it is more beautiful than one, the game-play changes but we stay reference that one; and then the romantic to be spoken, the story and the key point of the game ! Sorry, for my english, I'm french !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thumbs up for this one! I really enjoyed this game, I had played the first one of this series and got so wrapped up in the storyline I had to buy this one to see how it ended. Excellent graphics and music - loads of good puzzles- all in all a great game - I would recommend this game to my friends and anyone who likes puzzles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even Better than the First! I waited literally years for this sequel to be released after finishing the first "Tiger Eye" game, and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed playing this one even more than the first because it was a little bit easier, especially with the hidden objects. The story is tres romantique <sigh>. And it's easy to know where to go and what to do next, unlike many other HOPAs that leave me pulling my hair out and constantly checking walkthroughs. I didn't have to use a walkthrough once. I highly recommend playing these in order (first Tiger Eye - Part I: Curse of the Riddle Box, then Tiger Eye: The Sacrifice) as they really do make a story based on a real novel. If you want to be taken away to another place for some enveloping "me" time, play these two games.
