1000 LYA 2.9 5 10 10
Simple but good The actually game is easy but maybe because you don't have to think real hard I found it usually relaxing to play after a hard day. I also turn off the music on must games because to me it is usually irritating and distracting but I found even the music relaxing on this one. I really like it. March 24, 2015
1000 LYA Another great matching game to play and it makes a change to playing one rather than a lot of hidden object games that keep coming through March 23, 2015
Light Years Away From A Great Match 3 Not a bad M3 game, but certainly light years away from being an awesome M3 game. As other reviewers have stated, the music is outdated and annoying, but that's an easy fix. The concept of this intergalactic Match 3 game is really good but poorly executed. The Match 3 items are too unappealing, white, blue, yellow, and red crystals that at the very least should have been more vibrant in color, not enough "eye candy" in my opinion. Basically, you make matches of at least 3 identical items by swapping tiles, you must make matches over all yellow cells, and collect a specific number of each crystal that is shown at the top of the playing field. The main goal is to collect the scarce green crystals which are supposed to be Energy Crystals, which will be used to power bonuses (galactic weapons) You travel from your home planet, Earthoc, to the planet Lavar as you chase down the interstellar villain who heisted your Time Machine, eventually making your way to all of the planets, Dorund, Asil and Korak. You can replay any level at any time, if you want to beat the highest scores and become the Champion of space, I didn't see an option to play this game without a timer, but it may exist in another galaxy lol. If you make matches of 5 or more crystals, a Bomb will appear on the playing field which will explode if clicked to destroy all tiles nearby. Occasionally, a Meteorite will slam into the playing field, you want to click on it as soon as possible to break it up, and you will get a whole slew of bombs on the board. As you progress, you will earn different bonuses, BUT, each one requires a lump sum upfront, and then more energy crystals each time they are used, the weapons are available at the bottom of the playing field, and cannot be used until you unlock them first. There is a Crystal Laser with an initial cost of 27,500 energy units and 4,500 energy units each time you use it, the laser destroys an entire row in one shot. The Seeker Drone can be programmed to find certain stones to destroy, the initial cost is 47,500 energy units and an additional 7,500 energy units for each use. The Ion Beam cost 70,000 energy units to activate and an additional 2,500 energy units to use, this beam automatically finds it's target and focuses all it's energy on it until it's destroyed. The Ultra Sonic Torpedo requires 105,000 units of energy to complete and 12,500 energy units to deploy, this weapon upends the entire playing field and reshuffles all of the tiles. Some of the tiles are blocked and unavailable until you make at least one match beside the obstruction such as a lunar rock, which makes the game more challenging. I did enjoy playing this Match 3 game, I just wish they would have made the game more epic and colorful, enjoy! March 24, 2015
this was a relaxing M3 game. nothing really special about this M3 game. no big blow-ups or anything. it is relaxing. no push to get through the levels. no big hassle trying to finish. i think it would be a good game for the younger set. July 29, 2015
Not my cup of tea Although I love Match 3 games this one was just ok. The background graphics were real good in my opinion. The grids were so so. I thought that the levels were not that challenging. I do appreciate the developers ideas on games and the work they put in but they needed to put a little more into this one. March 23, 2015
Don't waste your time I found this game to be boring. I kept waiting for the game to get better but it never did. I have played many match 3 games and this is one of the worst. March 27, 2015
boring i only finished the first 3 levels before i couldn't take the out dated space music any longer. the game was a basic match 3 with power ups, no real story line and the most awful music. i usually like match 3 but this one just didn't make it. maybe it gets better as it goes along,so you may want to try it. March 23, 2015
maybe if it were the 1980's If I was playing Atari, I'd think this was an "awesome" game. But it's not the 80's and the only reason I will recommend this game is because it's like a movie that's so bad everyone tells you that you must see it. Poor graphics, cheesy music, no challenge. There is a timer but it counts up and I don't think you can run out of time. There are powerups, but you don't really need them. I keep playing to see it if ever gets better, but I don't think it's going to happen. If you have a free game, go ahead and try it for a laugh. In the meantime, BF, we need a real match 3 game. Yawn Just not a good game. Artwork hokey, Storyline lame. Play very limited in terms of match-3 strategies (swap only). Sound and "music" (such as it was) repetitive, limited, and irritating. In short, I found nothing special or unique in this game to justify wasting time or money on it. March 23, 2015
EXCITING -NOT! Dull, repetitive, boring and some of the most irritating music I have been subjected to for a long time. Do not buy. Might be exciting for 5 year old. March 24, 2015
