The Keepers: The Order's Last Secret is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved it I really loved this one, especially all of the puzzles which were both plentiful and varied. But the storyline, super clear HO scenes and the addition of both morphing objects and achievements were darn good too. The colors were warm with lots of reds and golds. There were some pretty cool people and odd creatures like fiery bulls. There were a ton of locations, the game is quite long with a very good story throughout. The music did become a bit repetitive but turned down it was okay. There are many cut scenes with details of the story which begins with you trying to prevent the opening of Pandora's box. Very good. Really enjoyed this one. I even played the bonus chapter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from another great game played casual, low sound. map (interactive) and journal. skip/hint fill fast. hints tell you where to go and the map will take where you want to go once you have been there. graphics are great!!!! the HO scenes are not really crowded. you are looking for pandora's box. someone is wanting to open it and destroy civilization and you need to see that it is again locked as it happens.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great game with lots to do! The game has a good storyline. There are 3 game modes. I played in Advanced and there are no sparkles. The graphics are great, crisp. The HOS are not cluttered. The mini-games are interesting, some are challenging. You have a journal and an interactive map, allowing you to jump to a location, which is good since there is a lot of to and fro. The hint system is also good. The game is not very long, for me, less than 3 hours, but it's worth the money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good game and fun Good fun game to play. You have 35 morphine's to find and you get achievements for not using your hint button on the hos and puzzles. The hint button works good. The HOS are not hard at all the the puzzles can be hard and easy. Has voice over and the graphics are good along with the music. There is a flow to the game but as most of the games are now there is lots of going back and forth. That seems to be the new trend. Good game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very enjoyable game! I decided not to buy the CE but glad i bought this one! Interesting storyline, beautiful graphics, challenging puzzles, some of which were a little different...liked the match 3 one a lot as wasn't expecting it! The HOs were interspersed well throughout the game...I don't like too many, which was fab. Overall...really good and well worth the cost of an SE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware Of Cheap Imitations CE GAME JUST COMPLETED On the dangers of reviewing a game on the demo alone: The reviews on this page are the most obvious divide I’ve seen between demo reviewers and completed game reviewers. Those who complain about too much dialogue & too easy puzzles clearly didn’t play the whole game. I’d already written the comments below, for the CE, before I checked out this page, so here’s how it really is. I hope you will try it for yourselves, and I honestly think you’ll be impressed by this game. I thought I was over gushing about the graphics, but here I am again. Wow! This game just looks so professional. But it’s not all about the graphics, or even mostly, because this game is top calibre stuff all the way. As a member of the Order of the Keepers, we have dealt with evil before (Lost Progeny, great game). But this time the world really will end if we don’t stop the evil monster Vlad, one of the creepiest bad guys in HOPA games. He’s after the infamous Pandora’s Box, and in his hands, that means havoc and destruction for at least 500 years. You have a good journal for keeping track and a jump map of different design from the norm. In the beginning there is a lot of cutscenes and dialogue (very well done, but not in sync), as the backstory is laid out for us. Soon enough, we’re on our own though. The game starts out quite easy – I was quite surprised at the simplicity of the puzzles, having played the other Keepers game - but the surprise was short lived. It soon became the more complex and intriguing game I expected. I enjoyed the HOS, which were interactive and often required more than one action before receiving an object. The graphics on some were not as good as they should have been, but they were interesting and challenging. The puzzles, some new, some old, some unique to the Keepers series, ranged in difficulty, getting harder as they went. The CE offers about an hour’s extra play – enjoyable story, on a par with the rest of the game. Also a SG of course, and extra mini-games. If you’re like me and often feel like you’re puzzle-challenged, you might want to consider the CE for these alone. There are also Achievements (all easy to get), and morphing objects to collect. Like the puzzles, the morphing objects start out very easy to see, but as the game progressed, become more tricky. Either CE or SE, you can’t beat a game like this. Interesting, challenging and best of all, fun.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Try it! I am so glad I downloaded the trial. I bought it 20 mins into it. I am not sure who these devs are but bright excellent graphics. Great story. I had to skip a few mini games but it was a nice enjoyable beautiful game that kept me interested. I played from start to finish because I wanted to keep playing but I felt if I had been away from the game, I could easily figure out what I was doing upon return. Not so, with many other games (even if I love them) they are are almost too complex that I find I have to start the game all over to get back into it and have a whole day to dedicated to finishing it in one sitting so I do not lose momentum or the story. A happy purchase for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent game! An interesting and engaging storyline with a really charming spanish setting! Very nice graphics, good soundtrack, many different beautiful locations to explore, great HOS and funny minigames, some really challenging, expecially the final ones! You have a diary and a map not interactive, so not so useful. The bonus chapter offered in the CE is really interesting, almost totally in new areas, and you have achievements and morphing objects! The main game took more then 4 hours to complete in expert mode (hint and skip button not available but you can change it while playing) and ends conclusively so, if you passed by the CE, don't miss this one! Really a great game i enjoyed a lot and I recommend to everybody!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pandora's Box and Vlad bring the world to the brink of disaster Centuries ago, the Captain of the Royal Guard discovered Pandora's Temple and accidently released upon the world the evil from there which took possession of Prince Vlad, who is the demon boy you first encountered and fought in the town of Rutland. The Captain was able to finally contain the evil and seal it in Pandora's Temple and he became the first Keeper tasked with preventing this great evil from being released. Every 500 years when the planets align and a solar eclipse occurs, Pandora's Temple can be summoned and opened by five seals of ERAS - Greek, Mayan, Medieval, Renaissance, and 20th Century. That phenomenon is about to occur now in the year of 1920 when architect Pedro Alvarez uncovers a mysterious artifact while excavating beneath the famous La Torre del Oro, a centuries old watchtower in Seville, Spain. He soon realizes it is Pandora's Box and that the ancient prophecy about the world ending during a solar eclipse is about to happen But an evil spirit kills him but not before he is able to give the artifact to his younger sister, Carmen, for safe keeping telling her to trust no one. Hearing about the artifact, the Order of Keepers have sent you to investigate but you will need to gain Carmen's trust and convince her that you are there to help. You are able to gain her trust and devise a plan but unfortunately Carmen is abducted by your old nemesis, Vlad, who confirms the artifact is Pandora's Box and he plans to open it. Carmen is to be used in a ritual to open the box as the blood of a Keeper is needed and you find out that both she and Pedro were Keepers. It is now up to you to stop Vlad from opening Pandora's Box by finding the five seals of ERAS ti interrupt the ritual. The sequel to The Keepers: Lost Progeny brings the demon boy, Vlad back but now he is older and more evil and not very happy with your interference from before. Somewhat slow in releasing the story, it does peak interest and holds it fairly well. Separate Objectives need to be completed to obtain the five seals giving the story more depth and the background story of the birth of the Order of the Keepers was interesting. I do think the Vlad character in the first game was more sinister than in this episode maybe because he was much younger which added to his mystic. Graphics were very nice being sharp and clear with good animation and voice acting. The voices started out trying to use Spanish accents but toward the end the accents all but disappeared. Music was looped but ok. The scenes had a Spanish flavor that was well done. There is a journal to keep track of the notes and papers found that help with clues and storyline. A fair amount of backtracking was aided by a jump map but areas of interest were not indicated on the map. Inventory can be locked. I did not enjoy the minigames as they were annoying and time consuming but fortunately could be skipped. Inventory puzzles were pretty much the same as in most games. Hidden object scenes were well done of the interactive list type and most objects were fairly easy to find. An interesting story that will give a few hours of entertainment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good game to get!! The keepers: The orders last secret I have not played all of the keepers game only two as I found the first one to be way to short and not much of a game to be honest but I thought I would try this one and I’m glad I did as I found this one to be quite fun and entertaining. -the music was good -it was not really short I would say about 4 hours on casual -the story was ok as it does continue along with the others -I found the graphics to be well done and the voice overs were very good -the IHO’s were ok some objects a bit small but not too bad and there were not a ton of IHO’s in this game so that was nice -puzzles were nice not to hard some I found even a little easy but it made it fun because there were a couple that took me a bit longer so in all it averaged out well -it had a decent map which helped you travel so not to back track to much along with a journal to help out also -the hint refills in I would say about 30 seconds or so In all I thought the game was worth the buy it was entertaining not one of my favorite but still worth it. I think if you have a coupon code or a game club credit this would be a good game to get. Good luck and Hope ya all enjoy!!
