Very Nice! This is one of my favorite Match - 3 games in the past 6 months or so! Beautiful graphics that are not so much 3-d, but rich vibrant artwork. Game play is very good...challenging at times, without being frustrating. I'm one who NEVER plays timed games, and this one is timed, but it does have a relaxed mode..though still "timed", It has plenty of time to play each level. Even if you do take a long time, it just drops you from 'Perfect' to 'Fantastic' or 'Great Job' ratings. You can't lose a level. Power Ups are in game, which create 4 different color of "pearl bombs". Blue, Green, Yellow & Red. Blue being the weakest, Red being it practically clears the whole board :) . There are also Bonus Emblems that you can use. Each emblem is recharged by making matches to power up that emblem. When you use that emblem as a bonus, the game sets it up so that you can recharge the emblem very quickly, by creating tiles that are required to charge it. For instance if I use the "Blue" Emblem which clears a whole line of tiles, the game will automatically change one set of tiles (such as leaves) into the blue emblem icon, so you can start matching it in that level and you will almost always have that emblem recharged before you even leave the level. Music is nice..calming and just enough pep in it to keep you interested. I'm not usually one to use sound in my games, but this one's music and sound effects are great. Another Plus: You get to build a village in between levels..and each building/business/ in the village has 3 stars to fill in upgrades...each time you upgrade a building it adds more detail, color or productivity. There are two parts of the village to build, the sea side, and above the waterfall. I've been playing for hours, at a time for 3 days now, and I'm just finishing up with all the upgrades of the seaside part of the village. The characters in the village look like the characters from the 7Wonder's series Match 3 games..very cute and wandering around the village at all times. I used a credit for this game, but I would have easily been happy to buy it at full price. It is wonderful and a nice escape when I just want to relax, enjoy the fun/mindless game play of Match 3 with the fun of building goodies in between levels. A job well done, and I hope to see more from this developer! January 23, 2015
Vibrant and challenging This is a lovely M3/building game. The graphics are vibrant and the boards have good sized tiles, very suitable for "old" eyes! There are three modes, normal, hard and relaxed. I played in normal mode and found some boards tricky enough at an early stage that I restarted to achieve the perfect gold star. I liked the fact that there was sufficient challenge early in the game. One benefit of achieving a perfect is that you receive additional resources, another is to fulfil the "perfect" criteria as detailed in the milestone awards. As you gather resources, you build up a village. Cute characters walk around. You can click on them and they will wave, or blow hearts, or throw money. Each building gives resources/bonuses and can be upgraded three times. Certain criteria needs to be met before upgrading; for example, you might need to have reached level 2 of a bonus or gathered a certain amount of a resource before upgrading. There are a few hidden object scenes which are also sufficiently challenging. All in all, a worthy addition to my M3 collection! January 27, 2015
Cute! This is a really fun M3. The graphics are very cute and the play is a little bit different from the standard M3. I found it interesting to try and figure out which way the tiles would fall, as they do not always go the way you think they will. This is a building M3, which is always entertaining. You are a kind of Mayan Romeo, building a better village for the father of your Mayan Juliet. There are upgrades that you earn along the way and as you build different things, then of course you get more things to collect on the board. The only slight drawback is the teeny, tiny HO scene that you do once in a while, and that can be skipped. I tried to collect the items listed, but I always had to skip eventually, as the items are really obscure. There is the occasional pick from the Mayan God's glowing orbs (I think that's what he is supposed to be) and you are given bonus amounts of items or money. Very fun and adorable. Lots of brainless entertainment...that's what I like, now and then. January 20, 2015
Match 3 HO Fun This game has both Match 3 and Hidden Object fun. I always try before buy and found that when the trial ran out I was so into it, I had to buy it. January 20, 2015

RELAXING MATCH 3 ENJOYED THIS GAME VERY MUCH!!! BEEN WAITING FOR A NEW M3 ! January 20, 2015
An amazing match 3 This is probably one of the best match 3 I've played. There are so many different type of things to work toward in building this city. The power ups all have a place in acquiring what is needed to build each building. I didn't bother to read the instructions because I felt this was just another match 3 but it isn't. I still don't think I have everything figured out even though I have completed the game...however, even after the village is completed the game apparently goes on and on. Animations, graphics and color are excellent. Gameboard is easy to see and clear. The only "cons" to the game are the music which isn't geared toward the environment. I had to turn it down, it drove me nuts and the few HOS there are in the game are VERY dark and the items are impossible to find, but you can skip it without impacting your score. Impossible to explain this game in depth, but make sure you read the HELP and pay attention to the milestones. Love this game! A VERY long game and the perfect one to download to your laptop when you need something to keep you busy on a long flight....wear your earphones though; sound effects are amazing. February 12, 2016
Legend of Maya Another great matching game to play January 27, 2016
Build A Village Worthy Of The Princess Prince Chaac is deeply in love with Princess Kin, problem is, they are from two different tribes who don't exactly see eye to eye. Kin's father agrees to allow the marriage on one condition, Prince Chaac must build a village for the Princess, bigger and better than the village of her father. I love the colorful graphics, and the story is amusing as well. I am a little bit disappointed with the size of some of the Match 3 boards and the Hidden Object Scene, which have very small items to search for. The Match 3 tiles are bright and interesting, and new tiles are added as you progress to keep the game interesting. You can play this game in Casual, Normal or Hard difficulty modes and you can earn Achievements. If you make matches of 4 or more, you will get bonuses to use on the board such as a bomb. There are coins to match that will allow you to purchase the buildings you need to grow your village, and each one you build gives you a different bonus to use once it has filled up. Enjoy! TRIAL CONVINCED ME TO BUY The storyline, as covered in the description of the game, centers around star-crossed lovers. In order for the Prince to win the Princess, he must build the biggest Mayan town of all the other suitors. This game has at least 3 aspects; Match 3, Hidden Object, and maybe Adventure? The 60 minute demo was not long enough, considering how much reading I had to do to familiarize myself with the way the game is played. The description of the game says it is a Match 3 and Hidden Object game but I was only able to play Match 3 games during the demo, which I played in the Normal mode. There was an easier mode and a harder mode. There are also achievements to be gained during play, such as using the many powerups x number of times. Coins and other items obtained during the Match 3 games are used to purchase buildings to create the Mayan town in order to win the Princess. I don't know how the Hidden Object part of the game fits into this. The most annoying thing that I ran into was that the game showed available plays in the Match 3 part much too quickly and they weren't always the most advantageous plays to make. The sparkles and swapping movements of the suggested plays were very distracting. I wonder how bad they would have been in the easier mode and if they would have been absent in the harder mode, which brings me to another issue. There was no explanation about the differences among the 3 levels of difficulty of play, so I had nothing on which to base my choice. I really didn't get that deep into the game to really get a feel for it, but what I did see and what I read about it has me interested enough to give it a try. I'm curious as to how the HO part will fit in. January 20, 2015
