I Love This Game! #1. I surprisingly am loving this little game. Just playing the one hour trail does not do it justice. You must buy this game to appreciate it in total. #2. Colorful graphics #3. Cheerful atmosphere #4. It's a time management game.. Yipee!! I don't care for Hidden object and Match three games and we get so many of them. Argh #5. Cute characters; it's funny the way they sigh as they sit down. #6. Lot's of things to do. Never boring!! #7. It might take a few start overs to get in the swing of things and learn the ropes, but that's fun too. I love improving my techniques. #8. I check every single day to see if we get a new time management game and was delighted to see we got this one. #9. Big Fish please keep the TM's coming! March 11, 2015
Lots to Do Based on demo. Nice to have a colorful, bright game instead of all the dark and gloomy ones. Played without sound. Several different types of games to play. Couple of TM games, the first one which can become difficult as you have a sushi bar and then a dessert bar to take care of at the same time. They give you a helper, but Fuzzball is sort of jerky. If he is busy, your character cannot cover for him, you just need to wait for him to finish. You need to play a bubble popper/fruit harvest game to gather enough supplies to hatch your new fuzzballs. Not too difficult, and soon you get a helper for this one. Not much of a story line so far. Demo went quickly and I would say go ahead and use a credit or Deal of the Day on it. March 9, 2015
I enjoyed the game until I found the music soothing, and the hearts do drain fast but refill just as fast. I would have bought the game except for the color seating didn't like dinner dash for the same reason,We all remember dinner dash don't we? Loved the fountain rebuilding. So my only complaint about the game is the colored seating that makes the game to fast for my abilities in game playing. March 9, 2015
Exactly who Is The Targeted Audience, Kids Or Adults? Twins, Danny and Daisy found a lost diary which spoke of a land far far away. The Rainbow water fountain was the life force of this land, which was guarded by 4 magical statues and crystal balls. These statues didn't do such a good job guarding the fountain because a dark evil force destroyed the fountain, and scattered it's pieces across the land. Somehow the twins manage to scamper off to the land far far away......and opened a Sushi Restaurant???? This Time Management game has lot's of bright colors, the customers look like leaf pixies all dressed up in red green blue and yellow outfits. The first employee you hire to help resembles something off of a sponge bob cartoon. The sushi is large and cartoonish, leading me to believe that this is a TM game designed for young kids, but it seems too difficult for kids to master, yet too easy to satisfy adults. This is a typical DD type game where you click and drag the customers to their seat, prepare the correct food, serve the food and collect the tips they leave. As you progress, you are tasked with making combos, or even seating the customer in a color coded seat. There are items to purchase in the shop that will help keep the customer happy and patient, add extra chairs or extra plates which allow faster service which equals a happier customer. Every level has a set of goals to achieve, and more and more side items and drinks are added. There are mini games also available and again, they appear to be geared towards a younger crowd. Seriously???? Normally I'm not one to mind a basic game....alot of times i actually enjoy having one to play because i like relaxed mode games alot........ .Well this game is just plain awful....I hate to say it but it is. The game mechanics are terrible because its like something out of the old school games from 10 years ago. The customers lose patience at an alarming rate even in the very first level. The little "helper" you receive after a few levels is NOT a helper at all....he is so slow that I could have done the tasks faster myself...not to mention you have to hold his hand with everything as it is and still click on everything just the same before he will do it. Nothing flowed with this game and I cant really recommend it but everyone is different however so please try the demo for yourself just in case....but I have a feeling not many will enjoy this one...... Sorry Big Fish, but not one of your best :( March 9, 2015
Got Naughty Children? Buy Them This Game I hope to go the rest of my life without ever encountering a game such as this. Despite having a title whose name makes me think of the actress from Rocky, Tales From The Shyre was definitely not a knockout. I love Time Management/run a restaurant types of games & I gleefully snatch them all up for at least a free whirl. I have to say that I have only ever encountered one that I disliked until trying out Tales of the Shyre. This game is a wreck. I trudged through 30 minutes of playing. Doing so took all that I had in me. I kept going because I wanted to see what lay past the 1st part. It appears that you probably run different types of businesses in various buildings, beginning with a restaurant. Restaurant from Hades, maybe. The controls and movements were clunky & awkward & unnecessarily difficult. The customers would leave rather quickly - I would definitely say about 3 times faster than those in other games. The money earned vs. what is required for desperately needed upgrades was absolutely outrageous. What I mean is, many games will begin with for example, one oven & one table. You earn a bit of money to buy more & to upgrade speeds. Well... what I saw with this was that I'd play 7 or 8 levels & never have enough money /never have the option to upgrade anything. AND I haven't even gotten to the bad parts of the game yet. Sigh.... I heartily dis-recommend this game with an enthusiastic 4 thumbs down. March 10, 2015
Good kids game Wow, entry level time management. If you are a kid, then this game is right for you. If you are older than 10, look elsewhere. March 9, 2015
May Be Good for Others But Not For Me Sorry to say, but I did not like this game after playing a few levels. I played for about 20 minutes, just to give it a chance - no luck! The sushi restaurant and gathering the apples and strawberries were as far as I got before just ending it all! Usually, I like most TM games; this one, no. As the others have said before me, there is nothing new in this game that I could see - serve characters, buy some upgrades, gather things to proceed. The controls for the characters seemed sluggish, especially getting things on the prep table and then back to the customers. I also did not like the idea that the game did not seem to want to let you redo any of the levels, that I could see. The sluggish helper was more hindrance than help. I found that the bubble popping/shooting levels were cumbersome with the crazy way you had to aim at the bubbles! I do not recommend this game for those who are experienced TM gamers. March 10, 2015
Very basic Sorry but found this game rather boring. Music is annoying and the game just did not grab me at all. Felt no need to carry on playing after 15 minutes. March 9, 2015
Argh! BFG-another disappointing TM game. The customers have absolutely no patience whatsoever so they keep leaving. Couldn't even make it through the 5th level. Very disappointed ...again. March 9, 2015
