“Wonderful Graphics, coins and collectibles well hidden. Puzzles not too challenging and suitable for all players. I like the fact that there are mini games in between too. This game is every bit as good as all the others” - Stephanie, Beta Tester

Dark Dimensions: Homecoming is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two Years Old? This game is over two years old and I'm having the best time with it. Don't pass this by. I'm a puzzle lover, and there are some more difficult ones in this game, along with several easier ones also. The HOPs are a lot of fun because they vary in what you need to do. You'll see. I tend to keep my reviews short so people will read them. I've also stopped writing reviews on every game I play. I'd rather comment on the games I have the most fun with. Isn't that what it's all about?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb Game I cant think of one thing negative to say about this game. Everything was PERFECT~ Beautiful scenes, I loved the real places. What I mean by that is that it had real looking places that could exist in our world. Im tired of weird looking worlds or strange scenes. I loved the houses and all of the puzzles. This is the best game Ive played in a while now. WORTH IT! LOVED the Husky too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this game! It has everything I like: lots and lots of HO's, puzzles, a story that works, and good sound quality. Hours of play, and no overdone cinematics. A really cute and friendly doggy to help you in spots where you can't reach an item you need, and beautiful scenes. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IT'S NOT ALL MARTHA'S FAULT! Definitely recommend the CE of which I only left a four-star rating that I'm increasing to five stars. Homecoming is an outstanding part of the Dark Dimensions. Don't let the growing vines dissuade you. As the game gets rolling they appear less often. Game is very lengthy, above-average and packed with hidden objects, puzzles, mini-games. Obviously, Daily Magic poured their hearts into this game. Their love of Siberian Husky, Rocky is evident as well. Homecoming is a classic that will stand the test of time. Enjoy! -Mama Mia-

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Game This was one of the best games I've ever played! The music and graphics were amazing and the HO scenes were so much fun! It was easy to find the objects, and it was interactive! Meaning you had to find an object and then use it to find another object, which made it more challenging! And the mini games were fun too, and I was able to complete most of them without having to resort to the skip button. It has an interactive map, but it really wasn't necessary, as the hint button provided all the help I needed to navigate through the game. And the story line was great! All in all it was a great game, and I plan on buying more Dark Dimensions games in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Heroine - And Rocky! This 'homecoming' is cut short when your sister, an awesome policewoman, gets captured by a dark house. In order to feed its evil forces, the house must expand... forever. This means vines keep breaking through the rooms, and you have to fight back. Luckily you've got Rocky on your side, a Siberian husky. I've had a lot of companions here on HOA's at BFG, but Rocky was definitely my favorite. He leaps up and swims, jump, crawls whenever you click him. Rocky's the BEST. The puzzles, including a fun paint-layering picture, were perfect. The graphics aren't quite as good as in other games, but I thought the storyline, the interactive HOS, the puzzles - and Rocky of course! - made up for that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of Fun to Play I tried out the free trial this morning but wasn't sure what to expect with all the bad reviews, mostly based on the technical aspect of the game (which by the way, isn't supposed to be what your review is based on according to the review guidelines). I am happy to report that I did not experience one glitch or any kind of technical problems. It's always a good idea to try a game before you buy it and make sure it will run on your computer. It ran great on mine. (Windows 10) I used the hint button a lot throughout the game and it was always helpful with information of where to go or what to do. It even transports you to the location so you don't have to find it on your own. I can usually tell in the first five minutes if I like a game enough to buy it. This game started off fun and got better as it progressed. I knew I would buy it but played most of the demo anyway before purchasing because I didn't want to stop playing. Graphics were very good. Mini-games were some I had seen before and some I had not. Most of them were in sync with the theme of the game and I thought they were fun to play. I really liked the one where I had to dig up stuff that Rocky had buried in his dog house. That was a hoot! There were tons of games--so if you like mini-games you will especially like this game. I counted 5 in one scene alone! I had to skip a few because I couldn't figure out the logic required to beat the game. The directions were easy to understand but sometimes the playing level was beyond my abilities. My granddaughters played most of the game with me and they loved it. So much so that they want to play it again! They really liked Rocky and the skeleton hand that reaches out to grab you! They kept replaying that scene over and over to watch the hand! The storyline was interesting even though it was easy to figure out where it was going. I didn't think the vines were intrusive to the game play as some other players did. I thought they added to the story in a good way. I finished the whole game and will put it on my list of games to replay. I am very happy I bought it! Ignore the low reviews (like I did) and try the game out for yourself. I think you will be surprised at how good it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Haunted Mansion Great game with lots to do. It has a map, notes and a video diary. The hidden objects are inter-active as you have to fine pieces of one object to locate another and so on. The mini-games are not too difficult and there is a great variety. You also have a dog named, Rocky, to assist you. The game plays like an CE (it is long and complicated). The hint button is helpful and you sometimes can teleport.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HOME AT LAST I really like this game. I love the interactive Ho scenes. It is a good length. My only negative is some of the stuff you do is so out silly. like making a cookie and putting sprinkles and icing on it before you bake it. I have the whole series and like them all.

Dark Dimensions: Homecoming

For years, Barton Mansion sat abandoned, a haunting reminder of an obsession gone wrong. But something sinister still lurked there...and it's stirring.
