Love the "Sticky Zombies!" I'm always attracted to zombie themed games, and although this game has flaws, it quickly becomes addicting. You can use the Mouse controls OR the Keyboard and choose between Normal mode or Nightmare mode. The zombies hit the road running, as soon as you click on the play button, the portal door opens and off he goes, you cannot stop him or slow him down, which was a wee bit disappointing. Study the blueprints that are shown before the start of each level, because you can only see small sections at a time to the left, right or even above. This will be more challenging for some players, others like myself need a little more of a "heads up." The basics of the game are simple, keep your zombies alive? or dead? or undead? or keep him from being killed? or re-killed? how about, keep the zombie out of harms way! There are different kinds of zombies, my favorite is the Sticky Zombie who sticks onto any surface he touches. In order to beat some levels, you need to choose between regular zombies and sticky zombies. Usually the regular zombies are used to blaze a path to the buttons which open upper levels, and of course, they must hurdle over spiky traps and jump over sawblades, and various other undeadly obstructions. Along the pathways of the game, the zombies will need to feast upon the bwains, all of them in fact, to earn a perfect score. Dawn of the Deadlings has begun, and you'll love this game, if you are able to click quickly, and make split second decisions, enjoy! June 15, 2015
I wish I could ..... I wish I might .......................... be able to play this game tonight. This looks like a really fun game to play. Love the quirky story line .... very humorous. Love the characters. Don't love that you need to use keyboard keys to play. My hands lost THAT flexibility and agility many years ago. For that ONE reason, this will not be a purchase for me. For those with a great (or sick) sense of humor and who have wanted a 'different' type of game ................... ENJOY! June 15, 2015
I really wanted to like this game This game is adorable. Gameplay reminds me of Supermario. You're running around, jumping over obstacles and trying to collect brains (instead of coins). The deadlings have different properties (jumping, clinging, flying) and are really well done. Unfortunately, there are a few problems that kept me from purchasing after the trial. One, you can't stop the jumping zombies. They run, and you can't stop them or change their direction, so you don't have time to judge an obstacle before you rush headlong into it. This results in having to replay each board quite a bit. Second, you have a very limited number of deadlings per level, again resulting in the need to replay a level, and restarting isn't a one-click process if you're in the middle of the level. You have to escape to the menu first, then restart. It's the interruption of gameplay to restart the levels so often that I found most frustrating and eventually decided against purchasing the game. You spend more time restarting than actually playing. June 30, 2015
dreadfully disappointing This is a continuous running game, not a side scroller as I had hoped from the pics Only runs at one speed, fast, even in "normal" mode. No way to stop and look around for the next challenge. Lousy controls Very difficult to time things so you make the first jump and don't miss the next one. No fun at all. June 15, 2015
Could have been a great game... Aww....too bad. This could have been a great game, as I love Alex Gordon, Bud Redhead, etc. games, and was hoping for a new one. I tried this game, but it was so hard, that unfortunately this won't be a buy for me. The platform moves so fast that you can't even think about what your move should be. There is a difficulty option, but only normal, and insanely hard. Maybe they should have put in an easy option, and then you could move up as you get used to how fast it is. I would like to see more games like Alex Gordon, or Super Cow, as there hasn't been any out for a long time, similar to these. I liked the Zombies idea though. June 19, 2015
Not for me This game is kind of a puzzle mixed with arcade action. I always try zombie themed games, but this one is only about how fast you are and not much more. When I downloaded it I thought it was side scroller but it is an autorun. The zombies on normal take off racing and it just wasn't any fun. I passed and would not recommend this game unless you are looking to test your reflexes. June 25, 2015
Disappointed I saw this and thought it would be like Lemmings, maybe with a bit of Loderunner thrown in. It moves at superspeed only, can't change directions, and I was both frustrated and bored by the third level. No time to strategize, no real strategy involved either. June 15, 2015
Dead in the water This is a video arcade style sort of game. Its simplistic graphic design is mildly appealing in a goofy way, the repetitive drone of what passes for a sound track is too annoying to listen to for more than a few minutes, and the split-second timing needed to move your character through a level is frustrating. And, oddly enough, my final observation is a positive note in my review: the demo only let me play for a few minutes before it timed out. Yay! June 15, 2015
???? dont waste your time I rarely write reviews but this game is possibly the wooooorst one I've ever tried on BF. Character impossible to control or move adequately. Barely passed the first level after 10 tries. It looked like fun/cute little game but this was a complete waste of time. Wow, so disappointed. June 16, 2015
Click past this game Not very fun at all. I thought it was going to be a fun game until I started it. Horrible controls. I did levels 1 though 3 then gave up. June 17, 2015
