Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!! Wow. Wow. Wow. This game has it all. Graphics are stunningly beautiful and in good taste. I LOVE the castle where the story takes place. The storyline and plot is well developed with twists and turns. Special effects are fantastic. Voice overs are appropriate for characters. Even the music is good and fits the story. HOGs are varied, clever, and interesting. Good balance of easy to mildly challenging without being overly difficult. This is a decently long game for SE. A very good value for the money. If there is any imperfection, it's the characters' mouths do not move in sync with the voiceover. But hey, that's nothing when every element of the game is at such a high, superior standard. This is one game I would want to play again just to see the beautiful artwork and special effects. I highly recommend this game. You will not regret it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing game I love it! I loved the story, music, the mini games were difficult. The only thing I didn't like is the voice "give me a clue" ja Really recommend the game :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Family Sucked into Paintings This was very well done. Graphics are beautiful. Music is applied at exactly the right spots. Voice overs are nice. Games are well thought out and even the HO's are unique for the genre. This SE has all the ear marks of a CE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Graphics Great game with Mr. Jenkins (the cat); a map and task list. The graphics were very impressive. I really liked the hidden objects where you have to find one item to find the next one, etc. The mini-games were really good. I also enjoyed what I called "the do it self" mini-games. You could use the help button but it was more fun trying to open things without it. The only thing that annoyed me was the father's voice "saying give me another clue", but that was a small price to pay for such a good game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost wish I had gotten the CE now! others have described.... LONG game for an SE... played for a little more than 4 hours. LOTS to do with some good backtracking and had to use map a few times. LOVE their HOs which play more like a mini game. If I can find the FIRST piece on the list the rest go progressively well. Puzzle were a mix of easier and what I call "hard" and hard to me are the toggle one thing affecting another or turning all lights off and slider puzzles... ended up skipping those. Great storyline that ended conclusively. Will keep my eye open for more from this developer of this calibur game.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVED IT!!!!! This game is so beautifully done, with a simple story line. The graphics and scenery are spectacular. I've played it twice and never tire of it. Wish they would do more games is victorian mansions. The rooms are so opulant and beautiful, I could get lost in them and be just happy. Good job guys. No Great job!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fun and long game As for the voice overs, I play games without the sound (late at night) so except for a one minute listen to be able to judge based on some experience, really can't say great or not. Rest of the game was fun with some easy, some just the right degree of dificulty, one impossible, mini game. Had no idea what I was supposed to do so skipped. Thankful for the map as, at least for me, I forget whats needed where and need those senior reminders. Graphics were clear and well defined. Story line is typical but very workable. Usually buy CE editions but the standard was on sale and I took advantage of it. The CE's are nice as they are longer and I also can get a clue on how to work a mini game I have trouble with and not have to skip (more bang for my dollar).
