Definitely worth doing Fantastic graphics, challenging enough for me, and a not too implausible story line. This one I really enjoyed. I hope you do too. April 12, 2015
i enjoyed this game in the series there is an interactive map. the hints are a little slower than what i am used to but no big deal. mini games were hard for me but that is nothing new. you are looking for a ghost monster that is collecting souls and feeding off their despair. will there be a sequel......i feel sure. this series has many and i recommend all of them. Eerie, Creepy and a Brilliant Game Right from when the game starts, it's got you.( OK, the Redemption Team had a blip with the Redemption Cemetery- Lost Souls, but they've found their MOJO with this one). This was my Favourite game.... but then they brought out the next one....... December 21, 2015
GOOD I played just about all the versions of redemption cemetery i love how each character is different easy to find objects; in all honestly I'm ready for a 7th part! May 13, 2015
Great Game I like this game but it has been on before, in fact I bought it in March of this year 2015. They seem to do this a lot. April 4, 2015
Seeking Redemotion There's nothing worse than crash landing, except crash landing on a seemingly deserted island. Sometimes, looks can be deceiving, and you soon realize that this is The Island of the Lost, where the souls of the dearly departed have gathered. Unable to move on and plagued with turmoil and guilt, these dear souls have long been forgotten. Ruled by an evil ghost who who feasts upon their suffering only adds to their pain and grief, perhaps this island is your destination after all. If you have the courage and the strength to find the one thing the evil entity fears, the Ancient Amulet, perhaps you can rid this island of evil, and free the long lost souls who are searching for their Redemption. It's now up to you, as you are tasked with entering the portals of these undead, to right the wrongs that are causing their restlessness, one soul at a time. You won't have to go it alone, a friendly crow from the island has nothing better to do so he's along for the ride and is willing to help you retrieve all those inventory items that mysteriously made their way to the most unlikely and out of reach places imaginable! Fortunately, this crow has both of his eyes and they don't even glow! Some of the inventory items have plus signs that indicate further action is required before that item can be used. You must combine that item with another inventory item by simply clicking on one item and dragging it to the other item. Most of the Mini Games give you the option to choose Casual or Hard modes which is a feature that is unique to this devs game. Sometimes I love a challenge, other times I just want to chill and have some fun. Most of the Mini Games were puzzle types such as swapping picture tiles or putting together torn pieces of a picture, but there are also games where you match two identical letters by flipping two tiles at a time, but if you guess incorrectly all the tiles scramble around quickly to throw you off and make it more challenging. The Collectors Edition is loaded with goodies, Screensavers, Concept Art, Movies, Music, Chronicles, re-playable HOP's and Mini Games, Collections, Achievements, a built in Strategy Guide, a Bonus Chapter and you can even take a Test to see how well you paid attention to the details, enjoy! Redemption Cemetery Lost Me and the Island This latest Redemption Cemetery has me wondering if ERS was rushed in getting it out. I played the demo of the CE and made the decision to wait for the SE due to the easiness and content. I am not going to rehash the plot here since other reviewers have done that, but I have purchased all the RC games. This one is just far too short and not very creepy. I did like the fact that the mini games were a good mix of HOGS and FROGS. My point of view here is that the game is ok but is not up to the standard of the previous ones. I recommend a buy of it if you have a game credit or get the SE. I do not recommend wasting money on the CE. April 3, 2015
Not so good I have all the Redemption games. This was short and not very challenging. Very disappointed. April 3, 2015
. It could've been much better. I hope this will end the series and ERS will move on to something else....more fun. 2015 May 6, 2015
Another Series That Needs To End If you're going to buy Island of the Lost to complete your Redemption Cemetery collection, buy this SE, and not the Collector's Edition like I did. Honestly, it was a waste of money. I own all but one of the previous RC games and this one is by far the shortest and lamest of all of them. Graphics, music, and sound are adequate, nothing more, The hidden object scenes and puzzles are easy and it's blatantly obvious that not much thought was put into them. The Redemption Cemetery story line is basically the same for all the games in the series -- distressed ghosts who need your help to free them. It's gotten monotonous now and needs to be shelved. The devs need to get the creative juices flowing and come up with something new and totally different. I don't recommend wasting your money on Island of the Lost. However, if you're new to hidden object/puzzle games it's not the worst one to start off with. April 3, 2015
