The Mission

The Client Services Administrator supports the business by analyzing the environment and understand user work flows in order to create and deploy standard images on common hardware to ensure IT is providing an exceptional internal customer experience.

You are

  • Able to create, test, and deploy endpoint images for Macs and PC’s using SCCM and Casper
  • Able to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution, to include but not limited to, issues with package distribution, SCCM advanced client and operating system deployment.
  • Able to own the image roadmap, including onboarding new hardware to reduce the time of deployment and enhance the end user experience.
  • Proven to assess user and business needs to provide technical solutions to enable business objectives 

  • A key stakeholder in hardware and software life-cycle management

  • Knowledgeable of both end user PC and Mac platforms with the ability to assess and recommend solutions for Big Fish end users
  • Understanding of ITIL processes 

  • Proven to have technical expertise in IT documentation 
 

  • Able to build relationships within IT and other stakeholders at Big Fish
  • The endpoint and enduser advocate within IT
  • Able to provide impact analysis to any proposed changes to the endpoint

Required abilities, achievements, and xp

  • 5 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience deploying images and managing SCCM
  • Customer Advocate
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

  • Ability to balance competing priorities 

  • Extensive experience supporting both Apple and Windows operating systems
  • Proven experience supporting highly available, customer-facing services
