Aristocrat Digital (Product Madness and Big Fish Games) seeks an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing and dynamic company.  The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated administrative support for the Digital CFO and the SVP & General Counsel- Digital.  Our ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial and solutions oriented, and enjoys taking on new challenges. The position will be based in Seattle, Washington.  

Aristocrat Digital is home to Big Fish Games (Seattle and Oakland) and Product Madness (San Francisco and London). The world’s second largest social casino business and fifth largest social games business, Aristocrat Digital generated over one billion dollars in aggregate revenue in 2017.   

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • As the public face of each executive, proceed at all times with professionalism, integrity and discretion
  • Together with other Executive Assistants, coordinate and schedule global meetings, appointments and travel. Anticipate materials, technology resources and arrangements needed for meetings and travel
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items across departments and teams through all project life cycle phases
  • Complete monthly executive expense reports
  • Provide backup support to other Digital Executives as required
  • Mail distribution
  • Routing of invoices and follow for approvals to be submitted to Accounts Payable
  • Manage administrative systems and processes, including outside counsel invoicing and document management
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Ensure conference rooms maintain a clean and professional appearance for meetings
  • Other administrative duties as needed; i.e. scanning and electronic filing of documents
  • Coordination of Finance and Legal team events and social activities

 Required skills, experience and education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 5 years demonstrated experience supporting executives
  • Passion for building strong, trusted relationships and interacting effectively with executives and employees across the company
  • Proficient in travel and expense report programs, Concur preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Calendar
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks for the best interest of the business
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within a fast-paced environment
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy, including excellent proofing and editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with utmost discretion
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs and time pressures
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Impeccable judgment and problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate needs and proactively propose solutions
