The Mission

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly driven individual to join our VIP Host Program. As a VIP Player host, you will focus on increasing engagement, monetization, and retention among the top players in our mobile social casino space. You will identify new and long-term players with whom you will initiate and foster relationships and ensure a consistent A-list experience. You will promote programs which encourage customer investment and happiness, monitor player activity, and compile community feedback for use in VIP program development. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the future of our VIP Player Host Program through recommendations on strategies and marketing campaigns, and by creating opportunities for incremental revenue generation through increased customer play time. This position will be located in either our Seattle or Oakland office.

Also included

  • You will interact with players and colleagues to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
  • You will learn and master internal marketing management tools, and utilize all appropriate data and research methods in decision-making; this includes customer research, market research, competitive analysis, and behavioral data
  • You will prepare and distribute ongoing player engagement status reports to the studio and beyond

You are

  • Courteous and efficient, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A detailed and organized self-starter who is comfortable establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a dynamic array of customers via phone and email
  • Passionate, high-energy, and highly motivated to help our company thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
  • Familiar with mobile/social casino spaces, online marketing, and the key levers that impact traffic and conversion rates, with a consistent record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Able to act strategically and tactically
  • Experienced executing quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service, CRM, or casino host role
