The Big Fish SDK and Client Engineering team is seeking an experienced iOS Software Developer to work on a number of current iOS projects. We are looking for software engineers with extensive experience in Apple's mobile platform who are looking for a real mobile challenge. Our team is not only responsible for delivering the company's iOS SDK for hundreds of our mobile games, but also has a part in iOS initiatives across both game studios and Engineering as a whole.

If you are passionate about developing for the Apple mobile platform, and have the depth of mobile experience to design and deliver an SDK for developers around the world, then this position might be perfect for you. Our team also supports the iOS application Game Finder, so you’ll have the opportunity to work on both customer facing and developer facing solutions.


  • Expand our existing iOS SDK with feature and architecture improvements to help grow our companies games
  • Help design and implement new features for our iOS Game Finder application
  • Tackle Apple mobile related problems as they come up cross department
  • Bring your iOS experience to continuously drive improvements in Big Fish’s mobile investments
  • Contributing to the technical growth of our while mobile engineering team


  • 6+ years of iOS application development experience
  • Expert coding abilities in Objective-C
  • Strong OO design and coding skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and willingness to help debug difficult issues
  • Experience working on a development team that practices Agile/scrum methodologies  
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Experience:

  • 6+ years as a software engineer working on mobile client applications
  • Experience creating iOS frameworks and/or integrating external SDK’s
  • Strong architecture, analytical and design skills
  • Experience with iOS SDK and XCode
