Do you want to make an impact on a growing company with great teams and a fun, bright future? We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Process Manager to join the Central Insights team at Big Fish Games.

In this role, you will be a leader across the organization, working with studios and shared services to align our processes to strategic business goals, identify and promote key opportunities to realize operational efficiency, and to ultimately help realize economies of scope/scale across our diverse portfolio of games. This team partners closely with all teams across the organization to operationalize a wide range of diverse insights to drive business impact; this role will be instrumental in enabling sustainable management and gradual reduction of the inherent complexity of this charter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert internal consulting service to support business reviews and other ongoing portfolio initiatives
  • Establish efficient and cost-effective approaches to integrating new processes and improving existing programs’ effectiveness at capturing economies of scope/scale
  • Own business process management from soup to nuts, including implementation of workflows across a combination of new and existing business and technical platforms
  • Partner closely with leadership and other stakeholder groups to ensure appropriate buy-in
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing process improvement projects
  • Refine processes that impact all studios and products, effecting change at all levels of the organization

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree required. Graduate Degree in business or management discipline preferred. Must have strong academic record.
  • 5 years of experience as a Business Process Manager, Consultant, or similar role(s)
  • Top-tier management consulting experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to measurably improve business processes
  • Relentlessly curious; self-starter with passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
  • Expert written, verbal, and visual communicator – can organize, clarify and communicate complex ideas quickly and accurately through a variety of methods
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play mobile games business or games industry experience preferred
